We have safe houses that David provided, but for those who... for whatever reason might not want to leave where they live. So I figured that the barrier I put over the safehouse I will do for those who want to stay at home.

If you aren't too busy, I'd appreciate you hitting the prisons and hospitals. I don't want to let them all out, but I'm not willing to let the spirits have them either and hospitals might have those who can't move. I'd say they take priority over anyone who's just being too stubborn to move away from their apartment until this is taken care of.
