[Then she sees the monster pulling its arm back, readying a punch.]

EEEEEEEEKKKK!!!

[She flaps her wings rapidly, gaining just enough boost in her altitude to let the punch swing under her. She again builds a white energy ball in her talons and hurls it at the monster.]
