[Haru was thankful that things had settled down at least. It meant she could finally focus on what she wanted, which was growing vegetables in the place her a Futaba currently lived at and with another person, their leader arrived was even more of a reason for her to try and do her best.

But she also felt like she was being a tiny bit rude by not introducing herself to people. So with the device on, she was currently sitting by the window, checking on a plant before speaking.]

Good afternoon, I hope everyone is doing well.

[She moves the device to it's in her lap, held firmly between her fingers.]

My name is Haru Okumura, I arrived a short while ago, but because of the whole situation with the spirits, I never introduced myself. So I do apologise for that.

[Though as to why she felt the need to say sorry was anyone's guess, but she had a reason for this whole thing and she was about to say.]

As you can tell from my windowsill here, I'm trying to grow some vegetables or at least one tomato plant, but I was wondering if there were gardens and such that exist that one might be able to use to grow more.

[She paused for a moment.]

I might even ask for requests for what people want to be grown and see what I can do. Although don't expect the best until I manage to make the perfect soil. [She had to work from the begining here after all, but she felt like she was getting somewhree with it at least.]

The flower shop here has it's own garden, which is mainly used for growing flowers. I'm not sure if we could give you a bit of space for your vegetables. Plants such as those that grow tomatoes tend to take over gardens pretty easily.

Unless they are maintained correctly.

[She figured they never really take over, but if that is all she grows well...it's only taking over itself isn't it.]

But it's not tomatoes I would be planting every time.

Hmm...then it wouldn't hurt to see if the greenhouse could lend you some space. If not, there must be someplace here that could be used.

That is what I am hoping. To eventually find my own place. For now, I think I am a little too new to be able to without help.

Hello Haru, I'm Ted! Glad you escaped all that turmoil unscathed. And a green thumb, too! Those are always welcome. At the Children's Home one of our longstanding projects is just that sort of thing; vegetable gardens, that is. Managed to clear enough space to start a watermelon patch, aheh, though the children were disappointed to learn that it would take months to flourish. You must be a very patient kind of person for that particular pastime, haha.

And a perfectionist, too! Requests, eh? I wouldn't mind seeing that tomato, actually. The color must be very fine. [Color's one of his driving factors, given the way he dresses.]

I know full well that for the best product it takes time, care and good soil to get the best produce.

[A pause for a moment.]

Well, the tomato isn't formed yet, I only planted it recently.

Aheh, suppose I'll have to be patient too if I want to see it. What sort of things do you tend to do with those tended vegetables once they're done? Cookery?

it depends, here I guess I will use to make lunches and dinners at home.

It appears I missed crossing your path before. Hello, again! That's four of us now. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for more. Regarding the topic at hand, perhaps you might be able to get permission to use an area in one of the parks as a garden. The one in Genessia City itself is called 'Garden Parks,' after all.

Ah, I do apologise for that. I've not really made a public announcement like this during the spirits situation. [Haru would always be happy to see more of her friends if they ever arrived.]

Who knows if more will come, but I would like to hope so. As for the topic, that is actually quite a good idea. Though I would need to ask where to get permission. Would that be the welcome centre, or somewhere else?
