[So he can't write a sad ending for everyone. BIG FRIGGIN WHOOP! He'll just do something else to be bad and kill time. But without Brute or Brooha, he can't really play cards.

So Ulric essentially wanders the cities, almost...behaving himself. He will window shop, actually using manners when squeezing past people and being subtle when he swipes ice cream from kids.

The keyword here was he was almost behaving himself.

Ulric can most likely be found at locations like:

A comic book store, checking out dark fantasy and giant mech figurines.
Or a movie theater, kicking his feet up on the back of a chair in front, laughing at dark scenes and flicking popcorn.]

this is the picture of a prince who has just opened his mouth to insert his foot. he's not quite sure what to say after that, having thoroughly just embarrassed himself. he should have known there were people other than, well, humans here. )
