I did mean the permanence of death.

Then yeah personally, not lost anyone. But all of what I see if from others. Still looks awful at how they have to cope with certain things.

Some losses are easier than others.

Depends on the cause. Like...if a loved one is murdered it's much harder to cope with than someone who died of natural causes.
