I hope today finds everyone well. For those of you who I haven't yet had the pleasure of meeting, my name is Whitley Schnee - most of you, I'm sure, have seen the holograph of my dear sister Weiss in the Bay. Having recently become the CEO of the Schnee Company here in Genessia, I'm afraid I haven't had much time to speak openly. Suffice it to say I had a lot of records to peruse and catching up to do, but now that I've finished adjusting to the professional side of this position I'd welcome the chance to be of more personal assistance.

[ A little laugh, resting one hand atop the other to clasp them on the desk. ]

After all, the Schnee Company is here to help anyone and everyone adjust to a new life in a new world. Part of that duty is to plan events in each city for all to partake in. So my question is simply, "What would you like to see here in Genessia"? 

No request is too large or too small for consideration. I'm here, and I'm listening.

Before I pursue this further, do you mean Genessia City? Or Genessia, the world as a whole? If you're in need of woods, Fayren has them in abundance.

Yes, the city. There aren't nearly enough trees there. I know that in Fayren you can find some big enough to build houses but not really anywhere else. It's terrible.

Well depending which area of the city you look in, there are plenty of trees lining the roads - but I'm not sure about any large enough to build a house in. Is there any particular reason you're opposed to... conventional housing?

The roads...[Dray says that word roads with the same happiness a cook will say 'cockroach'.] In Arcadia, where I come from, you can cross the whole Valley jumping form tree to tree and it's bigger than he 5 cities here. I don't understand how can you live in a place like this, with barely any green, it's depressing.

Hey, I said evacuate first. It's not my fault if the people who constructed this place made it intentionally so that the thing that's keeping us trapped is valuable to the people who are trapped.

Hm... Yes, I can see that being an issue. I believe the apartments we currently offer to newcomers are based on human sizes, aren' they? That could be problematic.

I'll look into it. I believe there's a fair amount of open land still available, so it shouldn't be too hard to find the means to put up adequate housing.

I am sorry if I am assuming something, but you look like someone my age, so my question is this:

How can someone your age manage to be able to handle a business? Like... How do you know what you are doing? Do you have confidence in those who work for you and vice versa?

To add, I am not saying this in a bad way, but more as someone who is curious and wants to understand.

Your question is certainly valid - the circumstances must seem a bit unusual. However, before coming here I was raised under my father, Jacques Schnee, who runs his business both effectively and immaculately.

In other words, I had a spectacular teacher. I took over this business in my sister's stead, and I trust her hiring decisions. I have the company's best interests at heart - which is to say I have the best interests of Genessia at heart.

[Interesting, Haru felt like she had so much to learn, even though she back home was the heiress and majority shareholder for her father's company these were still facts she didn't understand, nor really.... have any confidence in her own ability.]

So you had experience in a sense in the field? That would make sense to have some understanding. But also it's nice to see such trust as well between employees and you as that is always important in a business. [She smiles slightly.]

I think hearing this you'll do a wonderful job. Your answer did help me a little bit, I must add.
