Seems you had an explosive little problem in Attleton recently.
The threat has now been completely subdued and there's no more reason to fear. The culprit has been dealt with, thanks to my swift and sure expertise.

As for working for the bounties, they advertise some in the newspaper open to everyone but that's infrequent work and you have to be quick. You can also sign up for a regular income and make it official, taking other jobs when they appear on the bounty boards of each city. There's plenty of work around, if you know where to look.
