[She's out shopping for a kimono as well as regular clothes. The kimono isn't necessary, but she wants to actually keep a job, thanks. Staying in the main city, so she has no idea what's going on elsewhere. Larxene looks bored, and will respond to both names (Arelen) to those who know what it is.

Jeans, skirts, and essentially sort of punk-ish clothes are on her arm as she's going through the store, and currently is looking at a little black dress on a hanger with a frown because seriously, WHY would she need one? It's pretty though. She might get it. Maybe after buying the kimono for work. It's going on her arm anyway. She groaned to herself.]

This shopping is annoying...

[One thing Krista enjoyed it was shopping. It was always calming to her and she always found something she would have never thought to wear before. As she browsed the clothes she soon found herself pausing at one particular dress. Picking it up she found herself glancing over.

It was that girl she had spoken to before.]

Didn't expect to see you clothes shopping.

Hmm?

[She didn't look at the girl's face at first.]

Sorry, I didn't realize I said that out loud.

[After a moment, Larxene looked up and slightly tilted her head in recognition.]

Oh... you're the girl that knows Demyx. [There was a quick sizing up of the other girl before shrugging and going back to the rack of blouses she was frowning at now.]

I didn't expect to be in a city where I don't know many people, and I'm forced to find a job and an apartment in a month. Clothes are necessary when you don't have anything except what you were wearing when you got here.

And I'm tired of washing the same thing.

True, but people usually go through there money fast just getting settled.

[Clothes had been a last thought to her, but then again she only knew to really get a job first and do something she could do. She moves to pick up a shirt, checking the size before putting it back.]

But yeah seems like they want you out and settled quickly so they can house whoever comes next.

I haven't used much money, and I have a job now, so it should be easier to move. I'll have to look into apartments later today.

[She picked up a different shirt and frowned at the "professional" look it gave, then put it back.]

Do you know if this place sells kimonos? It's a long shot, I'm sure.

I guess. Though it pays monthly so depending on when you started work, you might not get the full month worth of money. Not sure how it works here though.

[She shook her head slightly. It was something she at least knew.]

No, I think those have to be specially made, so specialized shops.

[She shrugged and sighed.]

It was worth asking. Besides, I can use that money to move into a new apartment. I need something decent.

[She turned to the girl, an almost bored expression on her face (mostly from the shopping itself.]

You know, I never asked your name. I'm Larxene.

Krista Leigh.

[Krista turned her head for the moment.]

Always the best idea really. Job then apartment, then if you earn enough a house, or find roommates to get a house together.

Nice to meet you I suppose, Krista. [A small moment of going through the racks of clothes.]

I normally don't like very many people to do the roommate situation.

[She grabbed a pair of simple form fitting black slacks, similar to what she was wearing, and a blue-ish, sort of teal colored button down blouse from a rack next to a mannequin wearing the same outfit.]

I need shoes then I'm done.

Either way, I don't know quite yet. I'm still trying to get that idiot to permanently have a roof over his head, but I've at least have been able to get him to stay with me. But I need to get an apartment soon, otherwise we'll BOTH be on the streets, and I'm sure he's tired of sleeping on the floor.

Shoes are over there. Though if you aren't used to high heels you might find yourself lacking in flats.

[Krista paused a couple of times pulling out a black and white tank top, glancing it over before keeping it within her grasp for the time being.]

The welcome center usually helps apartment wise. Shouldn't take too long really to do that and find the right place.

I'm good with heels. I'm normally in boots with heels anyway.

[She actually grinned at her.]

Thanks for the advice on the apartments.

[She looked at the black dress on her arm and made a face of contemplation.]

Hey, you look like the type who would know... [Larxene put the dress against herself] What do you think? Too fancy for anything around here?

[Krista herself can wear heels but not too high anyway. She had put something back as she turned her head to study. It was something she was good at thanks to having a model friend who was very good with clothes.]

It's not fancy as in ballroom party kind of fancy, but it's not casual for an everyday wear. Maybe for fun little parties or dates though.

[There was a blush on her face at the mention of dates- she hadn't thought about things like that. Her hand hesitated over the dress, but she kept it on her arm.]

I'll keep it for parties if there's ever one I'm invited to.

[She made a face, thinking, but saying it anyway.]

Krista... do you want to help me pick out shoes for this dress?

There tends to be plenty of parties that everyone gets invited to. People here really don't limit it.

[She nodded slightly.]

I can always help with shoes.

[Quiet for a bit as she looked and gave a few examples, avoiding actual conversation, until it seemed like she had Amy's voice in her head telling her to open up more. She frowned.]

So Krista... What's your home world like?

My home world... Odd question to ask.

[She went to sit down after picking up a couple of flats, taking off the trainers she was currently wearing.]

Well we had advances in various areas because of people like me. Magical Boys and Girls who had abilities based on their work. So if I had to compare to a city here I would compare it to Nova City. What about yours?
