Second Heist 🙪 action
Who: Akira Kurusu and Haru Okumura
Where: A random Italian restaurant in Genessia City
When: September 25th, late afternoon
What: Making it up to Haru for disappearing to the Dream Dock for three days without telling her, whoops.
Warnings: There will be major Persona 5 spoiler talk later on!
After their brief text conversation, Akira slowly rises from the bench he was sitting on near the Dream Dock building to make his way over to the restaurant. For someone who was asleep for three days, he honestly doesn't feel well-rested at all. His body is heavy with lethargy and his stomach almost feels hollow from lack of sustenance, which is no doubt contributing to said lethargy. Fortunately half the purpose of this is to fix that, so hopefully he'll feel like a functional human being again by the end of this and not just want to immediately sleep again afterward. It's still hard for him to believe that he experienced four entire months back home so vividly in the span of three days. It's probably a good thing that he wasn't actually asleep for four months, though. He'd be feeling a lot worse right now if he had.
As expected, he's the first to arrive at the restaurant since he only had to walk for a few minutes. He requests a table for two, informing the host that his friend is still on her way here, and is taken to a small table next to a window. It doesn't take him long to figure out what he wants to order, but since Haru isn't here yet, he just orders a soda for now. This would be a good time to check the network and get an idea of what he missed these past few days, but he doesn't touch his device at all. Instead, he just stares blankly out the window and takes the occasional sip of his soda, letting himself get lost in his thoughts until Haru's arrival.

She took her time, having to walk for the most part grabbing a bus to hopefully get there a little quicker. Upon getting off the bus at the right stop she paused to look around. She figured this was the place he said to meet. It was a nice looking place and one she realized she hadn't noticed before.
As she moved to walk inside taking a look around before she goes to wave, a bright smile on her face before she mentions to the person standing by the door she was here to see the one by the window.
When she was allowed through she walked on over. "Sorry if I am late." She said as she moved to sit down in the other sit, politely taking a menu to glance at for a moment before she spoke again.
"You know, it wouldn't have been impolite to have ordered before I got here. I assume you would be starving after all."

"Don't worry about it." He figured she was coming from Nova City since she said she would be a while. Also he hasn't been keeping track of the time anyway.
"I could never do something so ungentlemanly." Well, maybe he could with other people, but not with Haru. Then he takes on a more somber tone; might as well jump right into it. "Anyway, I'm really sorry if I worried you these past few days. I went to the Dream Dock after work on Friday to check up on things back home, but I was asleep for three days because of it. I didn't think I'd be out for that long... I swear I would have told you beforehand if I had known."

She admittedly had heard of the Dream Docks, but had never been herself. She didn't think she honestly had a reason to. Hands resting gently on her lap, she couldn't help but be a little glad that it wasn't the fact he just disappeared like Futaba.
"That isn't your fault. I mean you said you didn't realize after all, so you couldn't have known to tell me." She laughs slightly, putting a hand to her head, she was slightly embarrassed by what she was going to say next, "I also should have checked the device to make sure your name was still there instead of assuming."
