Who: Larxene (Arelen), Xion, Lea
Where: Sunset Summit Apartments- Floor 6 Hallway
When: Oct 7, midday
What: Meeting for the first time!
Warnings: Probably language.
Arelen was dressed in her jeans and a rather... pink shirt. Light pink, and to be honest, it looked nice on her, but it wasn't something she would normally wear out. She was wearing it to work, where the brighter, soft color would help her seem nicer to the patrons at the inn.
It didn't mean she liked what she was wearing.
That being said, the only thing to cover up that outfit to everyone else on her WAY to work, was that coat hanging in her closet. Her Organization coat. With a frustrated noise, and a roll of her eyes, she took it off of the hanger and put it on, feeling oddly comfortable, "That's a stupid thought," she said to herself before grabbing her things.
At the opened door, while standing in the hallway, she called out loudly, "I'm taking off Demyx! Don't be a lazyass today! There's some fresh bread and honey if you want it!"
Without waiting for a response, she closed the door and locked it, pausing, feeling like there were eyes on her. Her hair stood on edge, and her eyes flicked to the direction of where she felt someone waiting.

No. Not here. No. Demyx was bad enough, he wouldn't go after Lea without a direct order. even with one he's whine and try to get out of it. But Larxene? The Keyblade came out and Xion stood defensively in front of the door to the apartment she shared with Lea. A door that was still open.

She blinked, but didn't let her guard down... it was a kid- she inhaled quickly as her eyes widened in slight fear, turning to anger, all of this showing on her face... she had a keyblade, and not just ANY keyblade, but that stupid, loser, brat- SORA'S keyblade.
There was a snarl in the little girl's direction.
"Put that weapon away and no one gets hurt."

There was something about this keyblade wielder that seemed strangely familiar, but her past experience with that weapon led to her death.
"And I'm giving you ONE more chance before I'm forced to take care of this! Put. That. Keyblade. AWAY!"
Electricity surrounded her in a sort of aura. She wanted to shout out that if she was Larxene, there wouldn't have even been any talk, but at this point, she was past that, and was more focused on getting that keyblade away from her.

"Xion? What's all the-?", he managed before his eyes went wide at the scene. "What the hell?!" Ah Lea, eloquent as ever.
The fact that Larxene- no, not Larxene she'd said, though he didn't know what else to call her- was there in the hallway was secondary for the moment. His immediate concern was diffusing the situation before it turned into a brawl in the hallway. "Xion, do as she says and put the Keyblade away," he demanded. "This isn't the time or the place for this sort of thing."

But...
But he told her to stop....
And if she called back the Keyblade, she wasn't certain it would come to her again. But....
But she trusted him. And there were other ways to protect him. She moved slowly, carefully, standing directly in front of him so that any attacks aimed at him would hit her first. Except for that irritating thing where everyone in every world was taller than she was. Still... it was something. Slowly the Keyblade vanished, but her defensive stance only shifted, rather than relaxing. She would defend him, even if it cost her own existence.

"Axel. Explain just who the hell SHE is," she pointed rudely, "and why I was being attacked! You obviously know better than to have some little brat threaten me, so 'what the hell' is right!"
Well, she supposed she didn't need to go into work today.

"Her name is Xion, and she's my friend," he said. "She's another Keyblade wielder that was in the Organization and who used to hang out with Roxas and me, but thanks to Naminé's magic, none of us can really remember her."
"As for why she's going around picking fights- complete with weapons- in the middle of the hallway, that's what I'd like to know," he said turning his gaze to Xion, obviously expecting an answer. His expression was harder than it usually was when addressing his friend, but he did want to hear an explanation before he jumped to conclusions.

"I won't let anyone from the Organization" or anyone else "come here to hurt you," she said, simply. He walked away, you don't get to do that. He stood against Xemnas. Anyone other than Roxas could potentially be here to kill him or drag him back. She barely trusted that Demyx was too lazy after their talk. No one else.

"So you attack me without asking who I was first?! Look you little brat, why don't you just run off and get some ice cream, and not try and threaten people who are just trying to get to work." Arelen looked at her phone, "Which I'm probably not going to after all."
Crisis averted. She really should that him for interrupting, but instead her eyes rolled, relaxed enough at least. She finally looked up at Axel's face... or who she THOUGHT was him. It looked different. Her head tilted and her eyes scrutinizing.
"You're not Axel anymore, are you?"

Xion speaking up again distracted him though, and he gave an irritated sigh. "Xion... did she actually say or do anything to indicate she was here to hurt me?", he asked. He hadn't heard or seen the whole confrontation, after all, and he could have missed something relevant.

In case anyone wanted a reminder of how she was when she first arrived at the Castle....

She eyed Xion. "Seriously kid, if I wanted to hurt him, I would have tracked him down and done it by now."
no subject
"Roxas said she went to the other Castle with you, that time he thought you were dead. If you came back and she didn't, that means she had to have attacked you or threatened us or something." Because if she was a friend, Axel would have saved her. Because that what Axel/Lea does.
So much big brother hero worship, so much confidence in him and his morals. All based on when he was in the Organization. Can you tell she's part of Sora?

And the matter of her assumptions about him was another point entirely...

Besides Lea, that is....
He made this all look so easy. But she hung her head in defeat.... because... Lea was mad at her. And she still wasn't fully sure why....

Arelen almost felt bad for her. Almost. She still wasn't over what happened a few moments ago, and likely would hold a grudge for a while.

Directing his attention back to Xion, he replied, "Yes, laws. You know, those things I'm paid to help enforce? Those things you could go to jail for breaking? Yeah, those things. Not to mention that a fight in the hallway would have cause a ton of damage that we'd be responsible for paying for because you had to go and pick a fight for no good reason. The landlord might have even kicked us out of the apartment."
"We're not in the Organization any more, so stop acting like it," he said. "Everybody isn't trying to back stab everybody else here, and not everybody who isn't a friend is an enemy. So calm the hell down and stop acting like everybody and their brother might try to kill one of us."
no subject
Oddly, it wasn't being yelled at that was upsetting her. Or perhaps not oddly. It was the thought that she was making Lea's life harder.
no subject
Maybe it was.
In any other scenario, she would have felt sorry for Xion, maybe even want to help her, but considering she wasn't exactly happy with the girl, she almost laughed at the reprimand and the reaction.
There was something that caught her attention however. Crossing her arms, she leaned against the wall, frowning.
"I've been trying to tell Demyx that without the superi- Xemnas, he doesn't need to act like he's under those rules anymore. Asshole brainwashed all of us."

Yes. Xion... made jokes.
Lea appreciates the jokes under the circumstances. X3
