A. [Action, Mavis' appartment in Fairy Haven, closed to Zeref]
Mavis woke up on Friday morning, fresh and rested, stretching her arms widely. She pretty much jumped out of her bed and run to her closet to pick an outfit, only to realize that all of her outfits were... gone? She looked at the closed door and closed window with a frown. If someone had gotten in her room and taken away her clothes, she would have heard it, right? As she examined her room more closely she noticed that there was a pile of clothes on one of the chairs. Girl clothes, without a doubt, except they were not hers... Mavis hesitated for a moment. She couldn't go outside in her night gown. That wouldn't be fitting for a guild master. Besides, those clothes had been left in her room, so it was obviously for her. What puzzled her the most was that the outfit was completed by a pair of thin black pantyhose and... shoes. With heels. Anyone who knew Mavis knew she never wore shoes.

Five minutes later, she was dressed in this outfit. With the shoes. She decided to take it as a challenge.

And a challenge it was. It took her another five minutes simply to reach the door.

"Zeref?" She called out. "Are you around?"

Part of her wondered if the outfit was a present from her boyfriend. She couldn't really think of any particular occasion but don't look a gift horse in the mouth, they say. In any case, she hoped he would like it and maybe that he would be able to provide some explanation.

B. [Video - OTA / Action possible for the residents of Fairy Haven]

[Later that day, once Mavis has actually figured out what the costume was about.]

So... it seems most people in Fayren found a costume in their room. This is mine.

[She holds the camera at arms length, allowing the camera to show her wearing this cute dress completed with black pantyhose and, yes you saw that right, shoes! With heels! Her little white wings have also been replaced by little red horns, and she has small red bat-like wings in her back and a matching red devil tail.

She smiles.] Isn't it cute? Zeira would be so jealous! I'm not sure who I'm supposed to be, though...

A demon maybe? ...Though I've never met a demon with such a cute outfit.

[Mavis bows slightly to the camera. The feed ends.]

{ He'd have gone back upstairs earlier, but from what he heard up there, he couldn't have been right. Mavis didn't wear shoes. She'd rather risk callouses, glass, and sharp rocks than put some shoes on. But sure enough, he heard heeled shoes upstairs in their room, but a member of Fairy Tail snooping about in their room was Mavis' problem, not his. He was content to leave it at that... until he heard Mavis' voice.

Zeref took his coffee, and headed up the stairs. He had found his entire wardrobe gone, as well, finding only an outfit and accessories that looked like a stereotypical magician's attire. Well... they fit, so so be it. When was finally face to face with Mavis, he blinked. Did... his eyes deceive him? The outfit was oddly adorable, but... pantyhose? And shoes? With heels? }

Mavis... are you alright?

{ She almost looked like she was in pain. }

Hey. [Mavis blushed slightly at the way he was staring at her and her blush turned even darker at his question.] I'm alright... Just not used to walking in those.

[That's when she noticed his outfit and she beamed. A magician outfit! Magicians were not as cool as mages, most of the time, but their outfits were usually so much classier.] Zeref! You look very hands...

[She had almost reached Zeref when she tripped over something... or maybe nothing... She started flapping her arms like a bird. ...Hopefully Zeref can catch her before she hits the floor ~~without dropping coffee all over the both of them XD~~.]

You're going to hurt yourself.

{ Not that it would do much to her; she had the same rapid healing that he did. It came with the Curse, just in case the accursed tried to find another way to die. It was a very cute outfit, though, there was no denying that. He thought it was actually a good look for her, even if it was odd seeing something on her feet for once. She obviously wasn't used to it; it must have been over a century since she last wore shoes.

Her next words, however, nearly made him blush as well. And he would have, had she not started falling over. He rushed forward to catch her, Mavis landing against his chest; his hand with the cup of coffee was lifted into the air, well above her head, while his free arm tried to catch her under her own arm on the opposite side. }

Mavis... ergh. Really, if you're going to insist on trying to wear shoes with this outfit, maybe heels aren't such a good idea.

Very cute! Might be a succubus?

[Rose is 9/10ths transformed into a gargoyle with grey skin and red eyes, though her blonde hair and general features are the same.]

A succubus? That's some kind of demon, right? [She's sure she's read something about that but she can't remember exactly.]

[She's peering at the screen and trying to identify the creature/person who's talking. She looks really familiar, but... there's something even more intriguing about the young woman on the other end of the feed.] This is not a costume. You got changed into something, didn't you?

Yeah. They're seductive. [NOD NOD.]

[And sucks on the claw a little more.] Uh-huh. I'm a gargoyle. Not really sure how that happened.

It's happened before though. Well, I didn't get this far, but my friend, the Doctor fixed it, so he'll fix it again, I know he will.

[Once Mavis's feed ends, Erza walks over to examine the guild master's costume. Erza is dressed in a rather elaborate witch costume, the first of several outfits that Fayren will put her in.]

Whatever it is, that costume does fit you well, First! Maybe Mira's seen a demon like that before - I never saw her turn into one like that, but it seems possible.

[Mavis beams at the compliment.] You think so, Erza? [Mavis spins around to make her dress twirl.] You're right, I should ask Mira. She might know.

[Then, she notices Erza's outfit.] This is one of your best outfits I've seen yet! [And considering how many 'transformations' Erza has, that's saying a lot.]

Of course! You look great. ...Though it is a bit of a change, seeing you wear shoes. [Thinking about it, she doesn't think she's ever seen Mavis with anything on her feet.]

Really? I think the hat might be a bit much... [She tries to adjust the brim, but it clearly isn't going to cooperate.]

That outfit looks very impractical for combat.

But yes, it is....cute.
