The bakery isn't ready to open yet and I was going to ask that it have a loft up above so it would be convenient to go downstairs and bake in the morning but there are too many monsters so I don't have time to fill out an application and it hasn't been a month since I volunteered as a healer so I couldn't really apply anyway--!

Please let me borrow a place to put my things so the baking supplies don't get ruined in the rain! I can sleep in the chairs in the hospital lobby and take showers using a public restroom sink!

...I'd say wait at least a week after we open so I have some time to figure out the right level of ingredients for large batches, but it would also be helpful to catch mistakes early on so we don't leave a bad impression on new visitors. So I guess any time that works with your schedule would be great!

It's just mathematics. Don't you know how to do yield percentages, EPQ, APQ? Cost control should be something you learn before you open and adjust based on whether you're achieving waste loss or opportunity loss.

Er...well I don't know what those terms are, but my math grades are pretty good. I just thought I read somewhere that converting the measurements straight doesn't always work out, but I could be wrong.

Those are the basic measurement units to calculate your spending versus production and sales. Go look those up or you're doomed to fail because you have no idea what you're doing.
