[ She didn't want to do this. Even after it, she'd hesitated to post it. It had taken her some time to come to the conclusion that it was either post this and make Winter understand why what she had posted wasn't okay even if it got results or end up with Winter refusing to talk to her forever and continuing to piss off more people than their father had yet. It'll either make things better or a whole lot worse, though.
It's voice though because she's well aware she looks like a guilt-ridden doe-eyed deer the entire time se's trying to record this, even if she can manage to make her voice sound authoritative from practice. ]
First off, I'd like to start by apologizing for my recent attempt to conquer Nova City. It was wrong and while very few people were actually hurt, it was out of line. Nova City Co-Guardian Vakarian handled the problem to the best of his abilities while Co-Guardian Black handled other situations at hand.
That said, there is one particular instance of incorrectly handled leadership and relational responsibility that I am particularly disappointed in. Winter Schnee, Captain of the Royal Guard from Fayren, failed to identify the problem for what it was despite speaking directly to me. Despite being quite literally in a costume and in the depth of Fayren's problems, she lacked any of the investigative reasoning to infer that I had been to Fayren given that I was wearing an outfit very different from my own. She also lacked the worldly knowledge to recognize that the outfit was that of a comic book villain from my world, and dismissed the matter as "clearly beyond the jurisdiction of Fayren, so it seems there's no need for [her] personal interference."
This shows an irresponsibility for the effects of Fayren's Halloween-induced nightmares that dismissed anything beyond clothing choice as a potential threat from the city. The costumes from Fayren clearly affected behavior and abilities, and she chose not to intervene when others clearly recognized that something was amiss. What is even further and more personally disappointing to me is that she didn't recognize her own sister was behaving erradically beyond anything worth a raised eyebrow. I very nearly killed our father in my Fayren-induced mad pursuit of power and the Captain of the Royal Guard didn't think there was anything that needed her personal attention.
Should such an inobservant and inacting individual, who refuses to act simply because it's no longer in her city despite that her city clearly caused it, have such important responsibilities? I honestly hate to say this because she is, in fact, my sister, but the clear lack of deductive reasoning and social skills would indicate that she has a direct need to be a student more than someone with the right to insubordinately criticize the office her station works for. If Winter Schnee wants to continue in her position, she needs to take the time to learn to respect the people she works for, the people she works with, and the people she works to protect both in and out of Fayren. She needs to realize that inaction is sometimes worse than the wrong action for the right reasons.

I hope you understand why this is an unacceptable way to communicate issues to someone you respect now.

[ A brieeeef pause. ]
But I did push him off a building and then keep him in a cage for a few days. Again, evil costume- not actually my fault.

I know it's you, Mad King! Like hell am I letting anyone fall for this "reformed psychopath" crap again! If you think jumping into a new body will throw me off your trail, you've got another thing coming!

Seriously though, no one's making you wear the costume anymore.

She's flat-out ignoring anything anyone says and refusing to listen and you'll have to excuse me if I'm getting offended that I thought she at least had enough respect for me not to act like my opinion doesn't matter just because it's different from hers for once.

Winter won't talk to me because I disagreed with her. And yes, I said something very rude but I already apologized for it but apparently unless I completely concede to everything she says, it doesn't matter.

...And to think that my failure to recognize the "dangers" of Fayren's costumes and your conquering of Nova City is one of the mistakes that she attacked me with.
[He's sorry, he wasn't going to complain about Winter more, but he couldn't not say this after this announcement. It isn't Weiss's fault.]

Don't beat yourself up about the whole thing. As you said, you weren't yourself.

What are you supposed to be anyway? [ No offense. She doesn't get this girl's costume though. ]

[ He's not being sarcastic. If Winter has the same level of social skills as his brother, it might be too subtle. Mayu might have missed it if it was directed at him.]

It's hard criticizing an older sibling you admire. Can she take what she dishes out?
[ Something Mayu has experience with.]

But at least what happened has been sorted and you're not planning on city domination again.

She a military brat? ...And I don't mean to sound necessarily insulting this time. Just... she sounds like 90% of her socialization came from drill sergeants.

[ No offense dude but the second you called her sister a brat you kinda pissed her off. ]
