He’s happy to make a pair of pants for you. [Action/Closed]
If one were looking from outside, they might guess that a vault holding something important would be at the very top of the Academy. Well.. They'd be right. The tower area of the Academy is, while reachable by an elevator, only easily accessible with the appropriate ID card.
Upon the doors opening upon arrival, one is greeted by a faint hum of machinery and the sight of a long, metal hallway with numerous doors; the area is lit by fluorescent lighting like something out of The Matrix. At least, if the Matrix took place in some sort of storage facility. At the very opposite end is where vault entrance resides- The the vault doors' size could be considered 'excessive', though there's really no less steel involved than the rest of the school.
Beyond the doors, however, is a different story. The lights don't activate until one steps inside, which would reveal a room of nearly pure white; ceiling, floor, walls, with a large, black emblem of a star in the very center of the floor.
Properly activated, the star reveals to not only be a tile, but also the as the very top of a case that is revealed only as that section of the floor raises, rather predictably accompanied by cold air and a gentle hiss.
On a pedestal, encased in a strange greenish glass, is the uniform that had caused so much trouble not too long ago. It’s still a bit tattered but looks significantly better than it had before. Resembling a formal military dress uniform with a scarf, its design was clearly modeled after the airforce.
It stirs as the three approach it.

She was starting to think she wasn't ever going to get a chance to take anyone down this hallway either, so that's also rather nice. Not that anyone could tell any of those positive feelings just by looking at Satsuki's face since she looks about as frowny as normal.
Once the pedestal is revealed, "This is it..." Satsuki's eagle-eyed gaze shifts toward Koishi out of concern, paying particularly close attention toward her reaction- it has been a while since Koishi has seen it, hasn't it?

"It's quiet. Stirring round and around quietly. Metal crinkling as it chills." Perhaps not the easiest riddle to decipher but at least it wasn't "screaming" like she had described it when they first locked it up.
Her shoes left the floor and she drifted forward, cautiously pressing her hands against the rough, greenish glass. Followed by her ear... and her eye.

Tony was still getting used to the company of Satsuki and Koishi, truth be told. Not that he'd never dealt with hard asses or eccentrics before, but being around them actually made him feel like a halfway normal person. As evidenced by the hovering and all that.
"Can you just speak English for once?" He sighed in Koishi's direction as he watched her inspection before turning and gesturing to Satsuki. "And crack a smile, for god's sake. Didn't anyone tell you if you make the same face it'll get stuck that way?"

She kept a close eye on Koishi's reactions, perhaps closer than normal, as she wished that Inumuta could be the one keeping consistent updates on the satori's status. Perhaps she's overreacting, though, as Koishi hasn't even put the thing on yet. That said, she's clearly quite used to the smaller ones behaviors.
"I had my doubts, but this appears quite impressive work thus far." she then said as she completely ignored his comment about her lack of a smile, her gaze then upon the kamui. Not bad at all. For an American. "I wish to request that Koishi try it on before we discuss your compensation in finer detail. Is that acceptable?"

Both ear and third eye pressed against the article, her eyes closed as she listened intently. The milky eye on the scarf just under the collar looked down in Koishi's general direction, a shiver rippling through the article.
"Nervous. Nervous, nervous, nervous..."
It didn't attack her though, so that's good. Koishi stayed there for another few moments, her presence dimming a little as she focused before she just... started unbuttoning her shirt. She fully intended to try it on apparently. Though between her mostly hidden presence and the fact her back was to the door would make it difficult to tell exactly what she was doing.
