[Private Video to Satsuki and Wily]
[When the video clicks on, Kefka is all smiles. His face isn't pale, and though his eyes still bear the crimson markings around them, he otherwise looks... uncharacteristically normal. He even has a proper suit on.]
I hear you two are starting a school. I would like to volunteer for a teaching position. In my home world, I was not only the High Court Mage of the Gestahlian Empire, but I was the world's top expert in the field of Magitek Engineering. I would love to offer my services to your little undertaking.

In a suit, even! Satsuki has high hopes even before he gives his credentials. Masking her excitement is all too easy, of course.
P.S. Holy shit, a mage. She wants one of those!]
The offer of your skill and knowledge for the benefit of youth is greatly appreciated. As you may recall, I am Satsuki Kiryuin.
I am familiar with engineering, but not so much the 'Magitek' portion. Would you mind telling us a bit about how it works?

[He grins, crossing his legs in mid air and bobbing slowly as he floated.]
You see, in my world, magic is not something that is born into people. Only creatures known as Espers have magic powers inherently. However, there are stones known as Magicite that act as magical batteries. Each stone contains an infinite amount of power, however the power it contains varies from stone to stone. Magitek is the usage of these stones in various other machinery.
It was my designs and discoveries that allowed for a single one of these stones to provide enough electrical power to allow every citizen in the Empire to live much more comfortable lives. The technology Magitek pioneered sped civilization up at least by five hundred years.
The power I possess is also a direct result of my Magitek Engineering. I had studied many samples of Magicite and came upon a hypothesis that the power from these stones could be passed on to humans through a sort of infusion process. The process was extremely painful, and left me disfigured...
[He motions toward the marks around his eyes.]
However, it gave me the power you see today. I may not be able to recreate my experiments perfectly without Magicite, however, I am confident that given the correct resources, I could produce a form of synthetic Magicite that would act as a rechargeable battery that my power would activate.

[That said, she is all for supporting a way of creating synthetic magicite. The potential certainly sounds like it's there. Hopefully it won't be too expensive; she'll have to follow up on this with Wily.
It sounds very risky, but.. The opportunity to give the mundane the ability to perform magic is a mind-blowing one.]
Does one need this inherent magical power to be able to properly manipulate this 'magicite'?
Either way, it sounds very impressive; I would most certainly be on board with seeing this project through and make it teachable for others.
What kind of resources do you seek? Hopefully it is something a mundane can handle.

Hmph! Magic and Science don't mix...
Buuuuuuuuuut, I suppose we can at least give you a shot.
[He needed any allies he could get right about now.]
