[Well, that exploded more than she'd intended for it to, so why not take this opportunity to put herself out there right about now? She had the information, why not use it.
Which is why she's ditched her usual gaudy clothing for something that is more like a suit that probably isn't at all actually appropriate. But whatever, details.
Doesn't change the fact she's grinning at the screen, having it propped up somewhere but it's happily showing the trees of Everglade in the background.]
Hello there, everyone. I'm Lydia and I'm... well, I'm helping with the Undead and Deceased Civil Rights Movement and thought we needed to have a little discussion and chatter about some things that have come up as of recent.
Particularly the actions of one Ted Satchel if the information is correct. Now, mind you, I was not here when any of that happened but would anyone care to let me know if, oh I don't know, he actually saw any consequences or what?
Because, friends, let me tell you a little something about those I've dealt with that are of the more... undead persuasion, I've known a few necromancers in my time, they are nothing different than you or me. Just that they follow of a school of magic that focuses on the more... messy side of things. I, personally, specialize in illusions, so I can't speak from actual experience, but there's no reason to be so rude.
So I leave this: what are your current feelings on the matters at hand that the Movement works with? The undead, the deceased, necromancers, those sorts of things? Because my goodness what I heard was some very backwards delusions.

video;
[Yes this is his first question.]
Or are you talking about the thing that was a couple years ago?
[Video]
I wasn't told it was years ago... [For a moment she's rubbing at her face, somehow not smudging a single bit of her makeup. Which is honestly impossible, but details.]
I suppose part of the question still stands as to if anything was ever done about the matter and what securities are in place to make sure that never happens again. There's only so much that can be done to protect others when you have no military or political power.

[He got rid of the rule anyway.]
It's now the case that rules concerning those types of things cannot be done by the Guardian, they can only be enforced and decided by the Mayor. So rules against a certain demographic cannot be done by the Guardian.

I'm not surprised this would become a topic of conversation again after the anonymous debate... not that it ever truly stops being a topic of debate. [ He corrects himself on that after a moment with some chagrin, recalling how concerned Weiss had been that her necromancy lessons would draw protesters. ]
My opinion on the matter is that all sentient beings are entitled to the rights of sentient beings.
