That does seem like it could fit iwth a change like this, though I've never really known this place to try to teach lessons.

But in tormenting, they would still be teaching a lesson. I can imagine some people will seriously reflect on the choices that they've made when they see how differently they could have turned out.

There is no lesson gained from a town made of confections.

Tell that to the people that overate and made themselves sick and gave themselves cavities. I think 'Good thing in moderation' is a lesson that can be taken from that.
