1st Rabi | Opening Attack [Video] version
[ Noah didn't like this.
Granted, at the moment she didn't hate this situation either. A second shot at life, even if it was only technically life, still meant that she was no longer alone. She couldn't go back home, because a certain replacement plan had proven more than adept at beating her (and then making sure to work with her original goal, before Noah found making spells too much fun). That much she could accept.
But getting beamed into a weird place, where everyone was kidnapped from entirely different worlds? Strange.
But how much of her ability did she still have? If she was still in this quasi-spirit form, could her magic still work? Well, it was enough for her to have a solid body, just like in those pocket spaces, but it wasn't like she was surrounded by mana to use.
The weird device that came with her in the pod she woke up in was still in her hand when she decided on something to... test the waters with.
A finger pointed to the sky, she sent out a spark that burst from her finger, flashing to the sky. Phantasmal bunnies dropped from the sky like snowflakes over Genessia City, and would do so for roughly a minute. It was a harmless magic... well, mostly harmless. But if people started talking about bunnies again, Noah would know that she was still strong.
If Noah has no past to go to, Noah will make her own future.
She turned on that odd device, taking a moment to stare at it. The tail end of about five seconds of her spell might be visible if someone were looking closely enough at her screen. She spoke to it. ]
This thing is on, right?
Okay. Noah has two very important questions. How much do you like bunnies? And how many bunnies have you seen outside of myself?
[[As a heads up, anyone who looks at the spell she just cast will temporarily be fascinated by bunnies... including Noah herself. As that sort of thing might be a bit overpowered I do have a permissions post if you'd rather opt-in/out of something like that.]]

video.
I like bunnies.
[A couple pings from the floating orb fairy, she was born in the forest.]
How many bunnies ....huh?
video.
Where I come from, bunnies are rare. Too rare if you ask me. I wonder if this is the case for... wherever this is.
[ But interesting that fairies existed out here. Something about this fairy was just as annoying as the one that stopped her back at home! She didn't even seemt to react her spell, or perhaps she missed it. Then again that turned out to be a good thing overall for Rabi Rabi Island, so... ]
So have you seen many?
Re: video.
[Nope, not affected. Navi being Navi...]
And I'm not sure if the Everglade has any either.
video.
I'll investigate Fayren, little fairy. I sure hope you're not lying.
Re: video.
[It's a boy's name and he's not totally used to people talking about themselves in the third person.]
Oh, I like them well enough, especially the novelized ones. Have you read Watership Down? But in reality...well, the dwarf rabbits are the best. Intelligent creatures, those. Sadly we don't have any rabbits in this world to speak of, except...ahaha, well, you, I suppose.
[No real ones, anyway.]
As an aside, are you cold? You seem a little under dressed for winter.
[And very...moist. That can't be good.]
Re: [Video]
[ She can't tell if her spell worked on him, but it probably didn't matter. ]
My name is Noah. I tend to slip into third person when I get a little excited, see.
[ Her eyes shot open at the news of being the only rabbit. ]
Not even regular rabbits? What a disgrace. Noah didn't expect to be fighting it alone out here!
[ She calms down a moment later. ]
Anyway, despite what I look like, I'm more spirit than being. I can't feel cold in this form. I'd have to refine my mana.
Re: [Video]
[Sure, he'll go with "rabbit lover". He loves him some animals. If only it were requited~]
Ahaheh, I see. Well, it's a lovely name. You seem almost too excitable to mean it, but one could hardly blame you.
Goodness, you're fighting now? All the same, isn't there some romance in being the last of your kind? "One of a kind" isn't bad either.
Um...hmm.
[Magical conundrums leave him a little perplexed.]
Well...you seem material enough. Doubtless there are a few mystics who might know more of that. So you really can't...feel very much?
[Bummer, dude.]
Re: [Video]
But to be honest I've spent quite a few years working in just magic, so I'm actually not sure. It's kind of scary really. But with a place like this and people around, I may yet discover what I've been missing.
Hihihi, but you're pretty interesting to be carrying a conversation with me Mister...?
Re: [Video]
[Always look on the bright side of lyf~]
Oh, well, I know a few magicians and so on who might be able to lend a hand, if you need. Sorry, I only know what little I do secondhand.
[He laughs a little at her strange tittering; comedy produces its own with him. Or at least, that's what he *thinks* it is.]
I'm flattering you think so. Oh! It's ah, Ted, pleasure to meet you.
But I assure you, the pleasure is all mine.
Re: [Video]
[He will never understand why he, an Earthling and therefore pretty normal by Genessia's standards, is regarded as especially strange by all the other weirdos in the universe. Just...why?]
I, ah, think Earth, my planet, lends the most inspiration to this one. Else they both have some third thing they derive from; no one's sure just yet. But I'm glad you find me so pleasurable.
Speaking of pleasure, the holiday--Christmas, if that means anything to you--is coming up. Any ideas there?
Re: [Video]
[ Noah tilted her head. ]
I've heard of the concept, but... where I came from, I'd never heard of things like that before.
Re: [Video]
Well, fret not! We're on the cusp of one now. It involves...well, gift-giving, on the worldly side. Doubtless the supernatural bit might confuse you if holy days are utterly alien. So now might be the time to consider what you'd like or want or, goodness forbid, need, and all the same for others.
