Residents of Genessia and Neighboring Cities,

If you were to happen to be well-aware that someone in our midst was a very bad person, what do you do? The person in question has done a number of things that might be considered.. misguided by some. Terrible and worthy of a life sentence in prison by others, like myself!

Retaliating might start that war up here because he's completely incapable of looking at the present instead of what my family may or may not have done to his people. I don't want to get other people involved if he really intends to not start trouble here, though I can't be sure. It seems like he hasn't done anything here, but it feels wrong for someone to get away with heinous crimes committed by the group he works with and likely him specifically.

I don't ask for help often, but lately I've found it's best to consider what other people want instead of just my own judgment without thinking things through. What what do all of you think is the best course of action?

I know it isn't. Prison is supposed to be a place where people are punished for their crimes.
