I hear the secrets that you keep [Video & Private - Action]

[S'up, network? It's the resident shit child, who's face looks a bit more rosy than usual. But then again they are outside... somewhere, with their eyes closed and in one of the sweaters they got for Christmas. Which makes Chara look a little more like a much nicer kid than them, until they open one red eye and let out a sigh.]

Fine, fine. [Muttered to themselves as they start to stand up, and how the device is moved while they do that shows that... They have somehow gotten into ye old abandoned amusement park Happy Heights.

But that is changed when it goes back to showing Chara's face.]

I got two questions for you all today. The first one is, what the hell is up with this place? The amusement park in Attleton I mean.

[A pause, as they bring a hand up to blow on to warm it and the lower half of their face up.]

The second question is well. Which hospital is the best for getting a tetanus shot from?

[They turn off their device and simply go back to poking around the amusement park some more.

Of course if anyone wants to find them it won't be hard to do, if either to scold them in person or... Arrest them for trespassing?]

[They have reached a point where talking, walking and having the device in their hand in a way so they can look at it is not the best way to proceed.

In other words they're at a fence, most certainly not one they should be climbing either.]

So, like you said you're not going to come after me, so that's pretty much admitting I'm not doing anything wrong.

[As they finish speaking? Their device is being tucked into a pocket, so that Cassian will still get a waist high view from well... Chara's back pocket, as they are totally going to climb a wall.]

[ He takes note of the fence and what else he can see of their surroundings, trying to pin down where exactly they are in Happy Heights. Just in case he changes his mind about chasing them down.

It does feel wrong not to, but it also feels stupid to try it. ]

No, that's admitting I have more severe crimes to investigate in the time I would spend on a merry chase. Since you kindly taped your own trespassing and sent me the video I don't need to catch you in the act.

[ Getting annoyed here. But he shouldn't just hang up. Gotta remember he shouldn't do that. ]

[Have fun with that, because they are going higher than any fence in the place has any right to be. Yes, it seems that they are climbing some busted up ride instead, considering when they have stopped climbing and got their device back in hand they are up pretty high.]

Actually, you just know that I am in here. You don't know how I got in.

[Chara isn't dumb enough to leave proof they broke into a place, like cutting a fence or picking a lock. They have much more unique ways around barriers.]

Anyway, I don't see why this place is abandoned. Nothing here is dangerous.

[ Yeah, should have hung up on him. He stifles an irritated grunt, betraying his annoyance would only encourage them. ]

[ But he can be curt. He's not hanging up, that's all the courtesy you can expect from him. ]

There are reasons for it being abandoned. Which I might have explained to you if you weren't wasting my time with your recklessness.

That won't be necessary.

[They flash their device, and Cassian, a cheeky grin as... Oh no, totally slipped. Or at least that is their device falling down into the snow below.

And if Cassian was paying attention before the view of Chara was lost to the free fall, he may have seen a flicker of what looked like a red heart over their chest and clothes.

But that doesn't matter because the device is gonna hit snow pretty soon.]

[ While he does notice the flicker of the red heart, it doesn't tell Cassian anything other than that something is going on there which might or might not be magical.

He gives another, louder curse when the device hits the snow. Kriff it, at this rate he will have to go out there to Happy Heights. Why did he respond to Chara's message again? ]

Chara? [ He doesn't sound concerned but certainly impatient now. ] I don't have time for this.

[Because, Cassian, is at his core a good person? Too bad Chara is the demon child of shitlord-ness.

And enjoy that view of nothing for a while, before the sound of childish giggling is heard. It's muffled because of the snow, but it most certainly doesn't sound like they're in pain.]

[Don't hang up! Chara needs Cassian to yell at them so they can find their device.]

But he is one of the good guys and so he feels secretly a little relieved to hear Chara giggling. At least they didn't hurt themselves. Only because he doesn't want to call for an ambulance, of course! ]
