[ It only takes waking in her pod for Madoka to realize something is up. She's a singular existence again, with hands that can pull her out of the pod and a body that gets wet... and really cold. The white dress she is wearing doesn't have sleeves and she's got no shoes. Her hair is down and she doesn't have the ribbons that were given to Homura, but she has the necklace and communication device.
She takes a few quiet minutes to absorb her surroundings. The shift from omnipotence to being clueless again is rather refreshing. Despite learning she's been taken from her home, Madoka isn't very panicked. She has no doubt her contract is being honored. After all, it's already completed. ]

Um... Hello, everyone. This is so strange. I'm sorry if I seem a little bit dazed. I never expected something like this might happen to me.
My name is Madoka... Kaname. [She hesitates on her surname, then shakes her head.] I just got here and I'm already going to be a bother... Where can I buy clothes here? I'm a bit cold. [She's wearing a sleeveless white dress, and is clearly not dressed for early spring.]
[action]
[With her body so cold that she can feel it, despite her soul gem, Madoka does head off to find shelter. Madoka will eventually navigate to a coffee shop, but stop herself at the door. She is eyeing the "no shoes, no service" sign with a distressed expression.]
Oh no... What do I do? I can't go in there with no shoes-- [She sneezes and hugs her bare arms.] I miss my uniform... And I can't exactly borrow anyone's shoes, huh..?

Well, miss Kaname, you are in luck. My business - Revocs - is currently offering any new arrival to this place a free tailored outfit. I have a location that is not far from the Bay, so you should have no problem finding it. If you do, however, let me know and I'll have a driver come pick you up.

[She stares at her cash.]
... Some money. I don't know how to count these bills yet.
no subject
[She leans back in her chair, grinning.]
If you want to compensate me, then consider coming to Revocs for your future wardrobe needs. I assure you, we will not disappoint.

[She giggles nervously, looking down at her cold dress.]
Revocs, then. Got it. I can find my way, I'm sure. Thank you so much, miss.

[She offers as genuine smile as she can fake. Considering this place's history, she was rather curious to see just what about Madoka had caught the interest of whatever brought them here.]

As she arrives, Madoka is still cold and barefooted. She stops at the door and looks at her feet, feeling guilty.]
I hope I don't track dirt in there...
no subject
Do not worry, miss Kaname. You need not worry about anything in here.
[She steps forward, smiling, picking up one of the spools of thread as she passed, making a soft clicking noise with her tongue.]
It is such a shame the shape people are brought here in... let's get you fixed up No room for wilting flowers here.

[Wow, she's gorgeous. Madoka is reminded briefly of her own mother. It's a warm comparison to make, especially when Madoka longs so much for the relationship she's lost.
She blushes, remembering how minimal her dress is.]
Yeah, I'm surprised this is what I ended up in. I'm so glad there are people like you here... This is barely passable for public, huh?
no subject
Yes, had I known you didn't even have shoes, I would've insisted on sending a driver for you. But, I promise to be quick. I just need to get your measurements and then I'll get you a robe to change into so you can warm up.
[Taking the indirect cue, the maid that had followed Ragyo in, bowed and backed out of the room for a moment, returning a moment later with what looked to be the fluffiest bathrobe ever, and draped it over a chair before leaving once more.]
[Meanwhile, Ragyo pulled the tip of the thread from the spool she had picked up, using that rather than measuring tape to begin taking said measurements.]
If you don't mind my asking, this place has a habit of plucking important or powerful people from their worlds. Of course that's not always the case, but I'm curious as to what made whatever pulls the strings here pull on yours?
no subject
[Madoka feels silly admitting it. She was so worked up over the fact that she exists again that she didn't realize her feet were bare.
When Ragyo mentions that important and powerful people are often the ones chosen, she believes it. The fact Ragyo brought it up somehow leads Madoka to trust her... the idea of warm clothes and a motherly figure certainly helped loosen her lips.]
Well, I don't know how important I am in the grand scheme of things... But I'm a magical girl? I guess that sounds kind of silly...? [But being dragged to another world is pretty unbelievable too.]
no subject
[It was probably a good thing that Ragyo had shifted behind Madoka for the last measurements. Otherwise the motherly aura she was working to exude would've shattered.]
There. There's a dressing room right over there. Go get changed into that robe while I get started on working.
[She practically shoos Madoka to the dressing room. Once inside, Ragyo turns away, opening a secret compartment in the wall, beckoning to a glowing bundle of thread.]
You know, I have a few talents as well that would be considered... out of the ordinary. The idea of magical girls doesn't surprise me one bit.
[The piped in piano music seemed to intensify as the bundle of thread unraveled and tendrils snaked toward Ragyo, twisting and weaving into a regal looking dress for Madoka, with a matching pair of heels. She hoped to time it right so Madoka would only catch a glimpse of the process itself as she came out of the dressing room.]
no subject
As she changes, Madoka does consider how easily Ragyo accepted the idea of magical girls.]
Really? I guess when I think about it, that would make sense. It would be weird if only my world had magical girls.
[Madoka peeks out shyly. This is her first time being treated this well. Even as 'Ultimate Madoka,' she only sees herself as a plain schoolgirl. She is feeling quite spoiled.] ... Do you have magic too?
no subject
Oh no, my world is one purely of science. Magic was quite a shock to me upon my arrival here... I even went so far as to deny its existence until some time later. In fact, I was hoping to talk to you about magic.
[She pulls a thread through that glimmers crimson in the room's light before fading to white as it was pushed back through the fabric.]
I know next to nothing about magic. My daughter - Satsuki - has people who answer to her about magic, but none of my own confidants are here with me. I feel, dare I say it, naked without them. Which brings me to you...
[She looks up from her work with a smile.] Would you mind being my consultant on the subject?
