[There's a Mobius who appears on screen with a confident smile on his face and his hands resting on his hips triumphantly. There is also what looks like a heart-shaped mark in the middle of his forehead like there was a heart suction cup attached there for a good few minutes... you can thank Woobat for that, who happens to be sitting in the back of his apartment with Noibat. He knows that mark is there, don't worry. It's hard to miss when there was a Woobat attached to your head.]

Quick! I need recommendations for ideal restaurants for a date night. And I don't mean some dinky place like a diner, bistro or whatever, I need something good to make reservations at. One of those fancy places that have table clothes to say they're high class or something. I need something for the 14th, and it's imperative that I get recommendations in advance.

[He pauses a moment.]

Ah- and also! What's a good place to get some nice outfits tailored at? I'm afraid my usual place isn't around anymore, so I need some new alternatives.

[He's pointing at the screen, looking quite serious. ... as serious as he can be with that heart mark still being on his forehead.]

I need intel, stat! What kind of sweets and snacks do you see Sonico with? I'd ask her myself, but I can't let my plans become too obvious! I need you two to fill me in so I don't screw this up!

[He's waving at the screen with a big smile on his face, and a Woobat on his shoulder. Because Woobat decided this was the best time to move over to him.]

Well hey there, beautiful. [Smooth.] Say, hypothetically, if you had an objectively lovely and charming boyfriend who wanted to take you out on a date - hypothetically on the 14th - what would your ideal date be? Aquarium? Subarchway? Theater? Bungie jumping? Okay maybe not that last one. Unless you wanted to. Lady's choice- what would your ideal date night be?

You know. Hypothetically.

[He says that but he's purposely being cheeky and making it pretty obvious that he wants to take her out on the 14th. He has no idea if she knows the importance of that particular day, but damn it, it's important to him and he's gonna do something for it! Come Hell or high water, he's gonna do it! He nearly screwed up Valentine's by barely coming back in the nick of time, but he's gonna knock White Day out of the park!]

Hmm, there's a place called Nakiba in Nova City that I believe fits that criteria. Reservations are required, however, so the sooner you can reserve, the better.

I thought about that place, but I couldn't remember the name of it. [He smiles a bit sheepishly. And he kept forgetting to look it up. Whoops.]

I might give it a try. I am a little worried that the 14th might be a busy day. I'm not too sure how many people come from worlds that celebrate White Day.

[Valentines Day sure seemed to be a big deal, but he's barely heard a peep about White Day.]

*Sonico can't help but giggle at that opener - she does so like it when he calls her beautiful. She blushes and her expression brightens more when he mentions the 14th - she knows what that day is, and no one has ever asked her to spend it with them.

As for the options - she doesn't even need to think; she knows what date she has always wanted but never had*

So, hypothetically, if said objectively lovely and charming boyfriend were to ask if you were free on the 14th to take you on a night aquarium date, would you be?

[He stares at her for a moment before he laughs, he can't keep up the 'hypothetical' thing anymore.]

But really, might I have the honor of taking you out that evening? Assuming you've got an opening in your schedule.

[Which he hopes she does. Deep down, he's worried that she might be busy.]

*Her boyfriend can be such a goof sometimes, but judging by her smiles and her giggling, Sonico really doesn't mind. As for his question, she just replies with a loud*

*She hasn't even looked at her schedule so she has no idea if she is actually free. But if she does have anything planned, it can definitely wait. Having had at least a month without him, Sonico wanted to spend as much time with him as possible*

Uh - I mean, yes please, Mobius.

I'm assuming this is for a date of some kind. But I don't have recommendations since my thought would be at one's own place if you set it up right.

Mostly because that way it's very personal and that they would see you really pay attention if you say to make them their favorite meal. Even if you have to ask someone to help you, it shows your willing to put effort into it.

I'd like to do that at some point soon, but for something like White Day I'd like to make a day out of it with her.

[His confidence in his cooking of meals was shaken up a while ago, and even though he's bounced back from his previous misfortunes, he's a little too worried to chance that right now. Not with Sonico. He laughs a bit.]

And I'm not so sure dinner at my dinky little apartment is too romantic. Woobat can only provide so much atmosphere.

It depends on how you do to make it as such, even just having candles makes to atmosphere different no matter what the size is.

But I guess it is also something one would need to do in advance to practice.

Sonico's favorite sweets are macarons.

As for the restaurant, I don't eat so I ca't offer much insight but I've heard that the Nakiba restaurant in Nova City is very popular. It's at the top floor of the tallest skyscraper so it has great views but reservations are hard to get.

Yes, perfect! I knew I could count on you! [He's never made macarons before, but he's sure as hell gonna learn now.] Do you know if she has any favorite flavors? Or does she like them all?

[He can make her a variety, but if she's got favorites, then he's gotta nail them.]

I thought about that place, but the reservation thing's got me concerned. Especially on the 14th. [He has no idea how many worlds know of White Day, and apparently the owner of that place knew of it, so...] I can certainly try, I just gotta have a backup plan.

[He blinks in confusion, lifting his hand towards his forehead.]

[He laughed a bit, putting his hands on his hips and looking towards the Woobat behind him.]

A certain someone decided to have a nap on me while I was asleep, so now I've got this little mark on my head!

[The Woobat makes a happy "Woo!" in response. Too bad Mobius didn't know that heart mark from a Woobat was supposedly a sign of good fortune.]

Happy to help. Perhaps the pink ones? It would match her hair. I think those are strawberry but I never tasted them.

Hm. I think there's another pizza place that is very good but I can't remember the name.

Awww...but it's cute.

Doesn't Alice Nakiri have a high-end restaurant? In Nova, or in Genessia? I'm not quite sure. I remember her truffles video on the network, that was very enjoyable.

[ But for obvious reason fancy restaurants aren't relevant to his own dates, so he isn't the most knowledgeable about them. ]

Sonico's not a picky eater, I think she would be happy with... what was it called? Italian? I'm glad you're taking her out. She deserves a treat.

[ After the year she's been having, with Mobius gone for a month. ]

Most of the suggestions I got were all for that place in Nova. [There's gotta be more high end restaurants in Genessia than that, right?] I'm not sure I'd be able to even hope to get reservations from the sounds of the place.

[He taps his cheek and ponders for a few moments.]

"Italian" ... oh! Right, that's what they call pasta dishes here. For some reason. Which do you think she'd rather? "Italian" or that Nakiba place?

I'm making sure to go a little nuts on treating her for White Day. I don't even know if her world had it, but I'd be bad at my job if I didn't still do something for it.

I'm not sure... it could be too formal, Sonico strikes me as a down-to-earth girl. But it's a special occasion, she might enjoy you taking her someplace you wouldn't be going otherwise?

[ He has very limited dating experience, Mobius, and his own dates are unconventional. ]

Can't you just ask her which one she would prefer?
