[You know... For someone who's usually careful about what she puts out there on the network and locking her posts, she seemed to completely forget to do it here, thinking she'd already did it.]

So umm.... I... have a question for everyone.... How do you tell someone that you like them without choking every time you try? How can people do it so easily? I always feel too flustered like my heart is going to jump out of my chest when I even consider trying to do it.

What happens if the other person doesn't feel the same about you and you make a fool of yourself? I'm just.... It makes me so nervous. Is it worth even telling them? I have no idea what I'm doing...

You say that like it's easy.... It's hard to bring up...

Perhaps wearing a mask will help? A more metaphorical one, I mean. An actual one may paint the wrong idea... though depending on the person it may be an option.

Ah! W-Well... It's something.. that I used to do with my mom. [Stings a bit, but she' s promised to be good.] If I finished all the things on my Promise List when by the time it was due... I'd get rewarded for it and it motivated me to finish everything...

I wonder if that would be a good way for me to get what I need done here as well...?

How would you get rewarded?

Various ways really. Sometimes I'd get treats. Sometimes money or trips. To be honest, I can't remember exact rewards on the top of my head right now, but it kept me focused.

I suppose you'd need to pick someone here in charge of providing the rewards. [ Akira isn't here anymore or he'd be doing it, he figures. ] And then suggest some rewards for the person since it would have to be something you'd want enough to act as proper motivation.

[ Morgana probably can't provide them, full offense to the cat. Sakamoto and Kitagawa might not meet the specifications? Give crappy rewards. Is that going to work? ]

Mmm.... I'm not sure if I really need someone to do it for me. Maybe I can use it to spoil myself when I do things I need to get done?

Is your resolve strong enough to keep yourself from giving in to temptation and simply taking the reward?

There's only one way to find out, I suppose.

Ah. Then good luck on your endeavors. You are one of the strong ones. I believe my will would be too weak in this instance. I'd end up treating myself to high-end sushi without the confession.

High-end sushi is pretty tempting. How about this? If I can do it without running away from the situation, we go for medium-end sushi sometime? That will be my reward to myself if I can do it.

Isn't it tempting? I used to try Niijima to go along with me for it after successfully completed cases. She usually limited it to conveyor belt... [ Civil conversation is nice. It's pretty rare to get. To say he wasn't enjoying himself would be another lie. Why are you putting up with him. ]
