So umm.... I... have a question for everyone.... How do you tell someone that you like them without choking every time you try? How can people do it so easily? I always feel too flustered like my heart is going to jump out of my chest when I even consider trying to do it.

What happens if the other person doesn't feel the same about you and you make a fool of yourself? I'm just.... It makes me so nervous. Is it worth even telling them? I have no idea what I'm doing...

Funny thing is, people, make it look easy, but in reality, admitting how you feel is anything but. Trust me on that. Took me weeks.

[Well took him weeks to say something because he needed to get things done, but it was also to help him in other ways like actually build up his confidence to go through with it more than anything.]

We are not like my friend Mimi after all. [Annnnd, of course, there was the jab.] Even if it takes time, no matter what happens you'll feel better by saying something than keeping it to yourself.

Writing it down always helps. You cannot steer a conversation in a letter, can you?

Somebody else also suggested that I try to write it down too... That might be my best bet at this point. [Hikari, but she won't specify for now.]

Just tell them, no matter how nervous it makes you. If you wait too long they might end up going home and vanishing from your life and you'll just be left with regrets of not having told them how you feel.

No one really does. But... I had it happen, so I know what it's like.

It's hard to understand the feelings and even harder to express them. So if you want to find a way to make it more comfortable try maybe using what you are good at as ways to express it. At least then you are in an element you are comfortable with.

[Talk to face to face. Just the thought of trying after this fuck up has her sweating bullets. She probably could, but the whole reason she asked because she knew her anxiety level went sky high whenever she'd try.]

Is there.... anyone you'd ever think about doing it to? Uhm... Confessing that is...?

[She knows she needs to just do it, but she's just trying to feel around a bit to see how to tread this. She was... overly worried and anxious to say the least.]

That is a question that many have been trying to answer for quite some time. Quite often it seems we allow our pride or emotions to get in the way of what we want to say, so the only advice I can offer is to simply say what comes to you before it's too late.

That's easier said than done, but I suppose that's the only thing I can do at this point.

I know that it is; advice is something often far easier to give than to follow. But I can speak from experience that if you wait there is much that you will miss.
