[Well, at least this doesn't seem to be a newbie asking ten million questions or anything. In fact the man is just kind of lounging on one of the chairs in what is clearly the starter apartments, a soft smile on his face and oddly enough wearing mostly white and black, what the heck.
But whatever, details.]
Whoever thought it was a good idea for these apartments to exist, the idea is nice, but a microwave and not even a common kitchen? That seems to be asking for trouble for anyone trying to eat better than frozen foods. [His tone is even soft and polite, though with a hint of irritation underneath it, oh boy.]
Enough about that, however, I wanted to go ahead and introduce myself. I'm O-... Yusuke Ono and I'm an experienced pâtissier with extensive training between both Japan and France properly. If... anyone is interested in that, I'd love to show my skills. There's only a few little things here and there that I'd prefer, mostly that I... don't do well working with women. Nothing against them, it's just... a phobia, I guess, is the term for it. [This sounds so absolutely stupid, but he's actually not lying.]

Also, I asked my phone lady what a patissier is, and it says cake maker...can you make chocolate cake? I'd love to see your skills!
[IT CONTINUES]

Though he's blinking for a moment at her questions, biting back a small laugh. Right, that term is sometimes not the most well known around people who don't specialize in this nonsense.]
Pretty much any kind of pastry or confectionery, though I do prefer cakes over the majority of the others. Admittedly it'd be... difficult... with the set-up I have here right now but I don't think it'd be too hard to find some place that'd be willing to let me use their kitchens for smaller things if I don't get in the way. [If he could find one even willing, but details.]
And do you mean just a basic simple chocolate cake or was there a particular kind of chocolate or style you were interested in...?

What do you need? I can fetch it around! I do have these money ticket things to get what you need to make delicious treats~
...Or I can take you to this 'kitchen' place..?
[Hana, all of this for cake, dear lord]

[It's too bad about the phobia, she would have been happy to hire him on at their bakery. She taps her elbow, thoughtful.]
Does the phobia kick in if you're in the same room, or the same building? I don't mind if you want to use the back room in Cake Town, we've got lots of equipment for making cakes!

He's quiet for a moment as he contemplates the offer, well... he has proven to himself how all of that works and is right back to that smile. This absolute nerd, after all.]
Same room. The only reason it was something I had to continually remind my boss back home of was due to the kitchen not being separate from the dining room. [And the efforts of continually wanting to hire female waitresses, but that's another detail for another time.]
I assume by the name it's just cakes or is it broader than just that? I don't mind either way, just want to make sure.

[Her hands finds the back of her head.]
We pretty much just make whatever sounds fun to us. So the menu changes a lot, but everything is made with passion, so I think it works out. You're welcome to work for us if you want to apply! They make it so you can't open your own business until you've worked for someone else for at least a month. It's a little troublesome! But the facilities are really good, and I'll try to move our schedules around so you can work more with Shinjiro-san. I usually work early in the morning so the bread and donuts are fresh.
--Oh, I forgot! Orihime Inoue, pleased to meet you.
[She clasps her hands together and bows to the camera.]

I'd honestly appreciate that, I'd rather not get rusty while I'm here, after all. Have a reputation to live up to and I don't think not doing anything while I'm here would get me very far or be very exciting, either. So if all of you wish for me to apply then I'd greatly appreciate it.
[Oh right, names. And... oh, okay, that's absolutely Japanese customs. Gotcha.]
A pleasure, Orihime.

[JEALOUS]
Dude, that's amazing.

I mean... It's nothing really special in the big scheme of things. You can train in France all you want but if you don't have the talent then it's not really helping you, right? [Humble, this one.]
Re: Video
I mean just... Man, I had to take out loans just to go to a local college. It'd pretty expensive for me to head over there.
[Twenty one and working as a waiter and cook in his parents restaurant? France seemed like a far off dream.]

[Also had no damn use for the thing anyway. Also for other reasons she chooses the street life really. it meant she had something to go back to, sure but really for her job she was always on the move so people couldn't find her.]

That... seems a little drastic, doesn't it?

...And he won't work with women! ]
Okay, are you willing to do culinary battles against women?
[ This is a totally normal thing. Right. Culinary battles. Get in the fucking kitchen with her Ono, she's starved for challenges. Please. Please. Pleeaaaase.
She's managing to hold in the tantrum for at least a first response okay? THIS IS HER FINEST PEAKEST MATURITY. ]

He's staring at the camera, a brow raising in question and just pure confusion. What is this woman even, he can't...]
A culinary battle?

[ you are killing her ]
