[Takeru was taking a day off work, or at least was taking advantage of being given a day off because of the photoshoot previously on a day he shouldn't have been in. But he had found that day to be fun more than anything after all a special someone was the one who did the pictures and he enjoyed the time because of it.

But for now, Takeru was leaning back on the couch, the sound of the television was going on in the background, it was at this moment in time background noise. On his lap sat his Zorua, the other two Pokemon he kept were currently chilling on the top of the sofa. After a brief moment, Takeru waved slightly. He had a purpose and now was the time to actually say something.]

Hello, I have a very important question I need to ask, to help someone special to me.

[He smiled slightly for a moment.]

My... well uh... girlfriend [Still so very, very strange to admit after 10 days of dating. He was to use to them having been friends this whole time. But he continues on even with his thoughts.] Hikari is planning a little trip to some hot springs she heard about. She hasn't been here for long and she could use some friends that aren't a bad influence at times.

[Anyone is free to figure out who that might be in reference to, only one person knows for sure.]

So I figured I would ask the girls I know and maybe anyone I might not if they might be interested in going with my fri...girlfriend? I have to stop saying friend. [He sighed slightly.]

Thank you for listening and hope to hear from people soon about that. [He honestly wasn't sure what he was going to be doing on that day, but Zorua shifted himself slightly moving to make sure he was more comfortable in his lap.]

As for me, I guess I would need to plan on doing something with people, I just have no clue as to what. [He couldn't help but laugh slightly.]

Guess I'll figure that out on the day. [A pause.] Oh, for those that helped me with cooking stuff I do have a present for you lot, just let me know when to bring it to you and I will deliver it.

[He smiled before switching off.]

[Even though he wasn't meant to be working today didn't stop the young man from going to the coffee shop and grabbing a hot drink and sandwich for lunch instead of cooking back at home. He had another reason for his trip out and it was his three pokemon. Zorua, Chatot, and Emolga were all with him getting out and about. He didn't want them to get lazy after all.

However, there was one thing Takeru was never good at and that was keeping them in line. Chatot was the first to fly on ahead, causing Takeru to give chase so he couldn't get too far away from him.]

Chatot, get back here. [Chatot himself seem to instead find himself flying around other people. He may or may not be trying to see if someone has food.]

I'm sorry about him.

[She's reaching out to run her hand over the Pokemon's feathers if she's allowed to.]

[Chatot seemed happy enough to be fussed, even if there was no food, which he had been hoping for really.]

If you're sure, but he knows he shouldn't just fly into peoples faces. It's kind of dangerous after all.

Girlfriend!? [Dray beams up at him, ears perking up.] The sweets worked, uh? hah, I'm glad for you, darling.

I'd like to go and meet her!

Uh well, my whole plan worked, yeah.

[He paused for a moment.]

I'll have to check and see if it's okay, I mean I'm not going because well hot springs usually men go one way and the girls another. Never together.

Good, that's good.

It's just how it is considering the only thing people would be wearing in the baths is a towel at best.

[Dray looks down at himself for a second.]

But I never wear anything...? [he just doesn't understand, Takeru.]

Anyway, it's okay if she want to go only with girls, I'll meet her any other day.]

That is because you aren't human. It's a very different thing and complicated.

You can probably meet her if you come over to get the thank you from me.

I suppose. humans seems to have a lot of complicated social rules. You would be happier if those were simpler.

Ah, that's true. We will see how it goes then.

We might not be happier either. I can understand some of the rules and why they are there. Like if you were free to say or do anything, fights would probably break out more often.

[Having been otherwise occupied at the time Takeru’s message went up, Hikari remained in blissful ignorance until roughly around the time she went on her lunch break. When she scrolled through the recent posts made, and nearly choked on her rice ball.]

[There was so much to take in. The request itself. The fact that he’d made it public. The not so subtle jab at their dear friend—and considering what happened Last Time, she couldn’t exactly say he was wrong. Not to mention the fact that he had just called her his girlfriend. For the first time.]

[It was probably for that reason alone she seemed more pleasantly flustered than annoyed at him.]

[Takeru waved slightly at the camera, happy as anything, it was hard to tell if he was playing what he said up or in he was actually saying it in an genuine matter as emolga was very quick to climb on his head, knocking his hat down in front of his eyes.]

Emolga, stop... I know you are excited. [He used his free hand to pick up the creature and placing him down on the side before going to moving his hat.]

[She'd told him before that she could always tell when he was joking and when he was serious. Based on a variety of factors, including both context and his tone. But, in this instance...for once...she wasn't sure.]

[Which meant it was probably a mixture of both.]

Going well. Did I mention that I got a second job offer at another photograph studio?

[And then, with the actual response out of the way, her head dipped down in vain attempt to hide the rising heat to her cheeks.]

You really didn't have to do this, you know. I'm sure I could've worked something out.

[He was always happy when positive things happened to her really. Part of the fact she was one of the closest people to him but also because he thought it was really a good thing.]

We should celebrate or something. Maybe ice cream? [That smile made a return.]

[He was really going to hammer in the whole girlfriend thing, wasn’t he?]
