[ Cue a Saiyan with black hair, a red headband and a x scar on his face, flying through the air, searching for anybody in particular. ]


[The Saiyan lands near a holographic image who's on repeat telling him that he was not "kidnapped" and this was his new home.

The man looks annoyed as he crosses his arms

"Tshh.. So this place is Genessia?"

[Somehow Bardock had actually listened in and is figuring things out]

[And rude photograph! Tsukasa looks up from his camera.] They say that yes. Welcome to the city.

[The Saiyan crosses his arms]

"Yeah, sure. Thanks for the welcome."

[Something else had caught his attention, however.]

[Tsukasa raised an eyebrow for a moment before shrugging.]

I take it you don't need much help getting around? This world is pretty accessible.

[Bardock turns back to Tsukasa and frowns]

"Heh.. I can fly. Makes Traveling a lot faster."

"This hologram says I have to get a "job" and "housing", right?"

[On her way back to the commons, Satou did a loop by The Bay. Good thing too.

Spotting the stranger standing by the hologram, the petite witch pauses. Then approaches.]

Good afternoon, sir! Am I correct in assuming you've just arrived?

[Bardock turns toward Satou. nearby]

"Yeah. I have, actually."

[priceofmagic]

Oh... My apologies, then. I'm sure the hologram didn't tell you anything you really wanted to hear.

[She's trying to get a read on him. Is this someone to show her cheerful side to? Or should she stay strictly professional...?

Professional tends to be the safer option, so Satou maintains a calmer smile.]

My name is Satou Kuroneko. I'm a captive like yourself. Can I answer any questions for you, or are you set?

[Oh, hey! Somebody else is flying around!

It's a pretty rare sight to see people in this place who can do that, so once Goku spots someone else who's soaring through the air, he makes a beeline for them.]

Hey! How's it goin'? Nice to... [It's at this point that he notices that this person has an uncanny resemblance to him - it's like looking in a grumpier, scarred mirror.]

Hold on... Are you... me from the future? [...Let's be honest, that probably wouldn't even crack the top five of "strangest things that have happened to him" if that was the case.]

[Bardock found himself staring at this point]

He blinked "Kakkorot?! Is that you?"

"No, I'm your real father, Bardock."

Most people call me Goku, but yeah, that's me. [He isn't too surprised by the name; Vegeta calls him 'Kakarot' all the time.]

Well, I guess that explains why you look so much like me. [His own son's practically a clone of him, so having a near-identical second son must run in the family or something.] So did you just get here?

[Goku's pretty easy-going about this, but then again, he never really thought about his Saiyan family all that much - he didn't remember his parents, and Raditz wasn't his brother as far as he's concerned.]
