[Silver doesn't bother to introduce himself and he hasn't done so since coming here. As much as he puts on the facade of being nothing more than a regular human, a pretty polite one at that, he could still be kind of a jerk. Of course anyone who actually knew him beforehand already knows what he's capable of. He has his device rested on the table next to him as he sits crossed-legged on a chair with his hands fold in his lap, he looks contempt as ever. When he finally speaks, it's nice and short]

So...How many of my fellow prisoners are willing to kill for vengeance? I'd like to think I'm one of them, so how about you? I'd be interesting in hearing what others have to say.

I don't think I could ever take another human's life, regardless of the reason.

That depends on the situation. [Gildarts is fairly certain he knows where this is going, but, decides to play along.]

For instance, in my world, there was this demon that went on a rampage several years back. Killed a lot of people, orphaned one of the kids that eventually joined my guild. But it was dealt with, only to find out - years later - that it was still alive and some foolhardy kid was looking to unleash it so he could have a crack at it.

Thankfully, the demon had been weakened over the years and essentially crumbled after being thawed out. However, if it had been at full strength? You better believe I would've been there to go at it, without holding back.

That kid the demon orphaned? He's a damn fine wizard in Fairy Tail now, which makes him family. I'll be damned if I let anything hurt him if at all possible.

[Never mind he was on a mission doing who knows what and getting gnawed on by Acnologia at the time...]

[She's played a lot of video games, read a lot of manga and watched a lot of anime to know of people who would do such a thing, but being asked the question herself gave her a pause for concern? Would she herself do such a thing? Honestly, she hadn't a clue.]

I don't think people honestly know unless they are put into such a situation.

Everyone has the potential to kill. It's in a persons nature. It all depends on how one is raised.

Personally, I would not do such a thing. If given the chance, sure I would do something I just wouldn't kill them. [Kicking them in the shin in the future is a different matter altogether.]

It would ultimately depends on the person. If one had the intent to cause harm to me or another again, I'd find a way to disable them, rather than kill. If they would be willing to talk then I would talk.

I agree. It would be really bad timing for any kind of war with Fairy Tail, right now.

Mavis is their founder, as well as their first Guild Master. It's likely she told them.
