1st half of the event - de-aging
action, everywhere but mostly Nova City
[ There's a lot of mayhem in the cities with all these de-aged pendant wearers running around but the dark-haired young teenager, looking 12 or 13, at the very most 14 years of age, with a soft pudgy face and hard eyes suited to someone far older, is good at looking like he belongs - though he vastly prefers Nova City to the other cities. He moves with purpose, sticking mostly to the grimier parts of town, to dark alleys and backstreets and sometimes even slipping into the sewers to move. He's good at not being seen when he doesn't want to be seen.
What can be seen is the results of his work. Robo police stumbling over tripwires connected to paint bombs while just going about their job, people finding themselves suddenly short their wallets after a kid stumbled into them. He loiters where he isn't welcome, picking quarrels with shopkeepers just for the sake of proving a point and won't stop until he is physically hauled onto the street. His single trip to Fayren ends in a disaster when he has a close and personal encounter with - gasp! - a horse! People expect him to ride it!
There are crude, vulgar graffitis mocking Palpatine and the Empire or depicting maimed or beheaded Stormtroopers, and once or twice walls even sport the spokes of the Separatists, though another similar symbol used by Festan anarchists is more common. There are even a few slogans mocking the planet of Mantooine.
Cassian Jeron Andor is 13 years old and he is angry at the world. He is also terrified but don't say that to his face. ]

2nd half of the event - personality split
action
[ Oh look, there's Cassian Andor, grown up again to regular shortness! You'll find him in Attleton once more, but something's distinctly different about him. He seems genuinely pleased to be pulled into chats, he can be seen literally taking the time to smell the flowers.
At the same time, in Genessia City, another Cassian Andor tucks a blaster into his belt and slides into a seedy bar, looking for the kind of "bounty hunting" work which won't be advertised on the Beacon Bounty Board. Don't get too close to him, or make him think in any other way that you're a threat. ]

Here is Cassian Andor. I have been told I'm currently not myself. There is another me and I think he could pose a danger to people. Please be careful approaching him, I wouldn't want anyone to get hurt.

[Action - 1st Half]
[She might seem like a decent target. Intimidating as her pristine professional appearance is, she's also well dressed, and likely to have something in her wallet.]
[But the moment he 'bumps' into Winter, her hand comes down and clamps on his wrist like a steel vise before her steely gaze fixes on his little chubby face.]
[Winter frowns.]
Explain yourself.
Re: [Action - 1st Half]
He yanks at his wrist - not that her steely grip budges any. Cassian's heart speeds up as he starts to realize just how utterly alone he is. Nobody will come and play distraction. He's all alone. He bares his teeth and growls at hr, giving another yank. ]
Let me go! You can't go grabbing random people!

[Winter's eyes narrow. No, she doesn't let go, but she isn't dragging him around either. She means to get the explanation she previously demanded.]

[Action - De aging]
The problem is that Dray is both very little and not very stealthy so he ends being yelled at and having an empty tin can thrown at him. He's running away from the vendor and ends hiding behind Cassian's legs.]
Re: [Action - De aging]
Hey! Watch it, sleemo! What the brix are you doing? Leave the kitten alone, freak!
[ And if Dray permits is he's going to scoop him up and get out of there before they get into more trouble. He will make a valiant attempt anyway. ]
Re: [Action - De aging]
When he's picked up, he curls in Cassian's arms.]
Thank you.

[Action - De aging]
1st half of the event - de-aging
He's grabbed a satchel, filled it with food and drinks, and brought Bahryn along as he looks around for the kid. The pachirisu is more often than not clinging to his shoulders but nervous as she is, Bahryn also climbs to the top of his head from time to time to squeak and sniff the air. Kay endures it because she's helping him track down Cassian.]
Re: 1st half of the event - de-aging
Standing in the middle of the park, he knows running won't get him anywhere. No convenient alleys or sewers to disappear into and lure the droid into an ambush.
So he stands firm, chin lifted up, eyes showing a determination he doesn't really feel. Not when he's all alone, his anarchist group a galaxy away. ]
I'm not letting you detain me!
no subject
Meanwhile, Kay walks over him at a much more leisurely pace and trying to look as non threatening as a 7ft tall droid can look. It's not super effective.]
I'm not here to detain you. [He holds up his hands.] I'm here to bring you home. We live together, we are...uhm....friends.

2nd half of the event - personality split
He was using his android body as well, just in case one of Cassian split self went Imperial on him again and that helped trigger his own protocols a second time. Kay didn't want to take any risks. As he came back home, he looked for The Cassian that hopefully wasn't starting any fights.]
I looked in all the cities but Nova and I couldn't find the other you. Maybe I can contact one of the other deputies and ask them to check that city.
[Kay doesn't want to go there if he can help it and he's going to be a child about it.]
Re: 2nd half of the event - personality split
[ Cassian's been working from home, dutifully slogging through a backlog of paperwork that had piled up while he had been turned into a child who would rather show policemen the middle finger than be one.
He's sitting in the living room, surrounded by a number of their pokemon, paper files, notebooks and a laptop scattered around him. His face lights up at the sight of Kay and he gets up - after carefully moving their Duosion from his lap to the floor.
He unceremoniously wraps his arms around Kay's neck and gets on his tiptoes to peck him on the lips. ] I missed you. I'm sorry my other half has been giving you so much trouble.
no subject
For today he's done all he could, so he's going to relax for the rest of the evening. His hands find Cassian's wait and he smiles back.]
I missed you too, love. And don't apologize. I'm just worried about him...you...eh. You both.

Just dangerous. He isn't loyal to any side but his own.
voice;
[ Because that makes a big difference, what his goal is here. And whether or not he has memories.
..Honestly, Emerald is just trying to figure out if she wants to try to find him or not. Part of her kind of wants someone dangerous around her. ]

So what else is new this week.
[Gale sounds frustrated with that. Children, sensory loss, personality splitting, body swapping... that's four repeats in the time he's been here. He sighs in annoyance.]
I'm locking him up if I catch him causing trouble in Nova. Fair warning.
[No guarantees that he wouldn't get roughing up though. But he won't say that part.]
Re: voice;
Alright. If you have to. But please be careful. I really don't want anyone to get hurt. Or for him to get into any trouble which would fall back on K-2SO.
voice;
If we meet, it's your other half that needs to be careful.
[Regardless of whether Cass is in his right mind, in one piece or whatever, he's the last kind of person Gale would be afraid of. But Gale was also the sort who mocked his world's gods right to their faces.]
Kay isn't your keeper. Whether I have to arrest your other half or not, there's no reasons for consequences to fall on him.
Re: voice;
text for Kay, 2nd half of event
All of them sounding as if nothing out of the ordinary has happened. As if he is still the man to whom K-2SO is addressing these messages.
They'd been a stab in the heart, each and every one of them, while he still read them, which is why he chose to ignore them at some point.
But there's only so long you can ignore your overflowing inbox... only so long until the guilt wins out. ]
Stop sending me messages. The one you want is at your side.
text
[Concern and annoyance out of love. Kay is gettign worried sick that his other Cassian might be gettign himself in trouble. When the message arrives, he practically drops the communicator in his hurry to reply back.]
Only 50% of the one I want. It's getting dark, come back home to sleep. Bahryn missed you.
[And he's going to attach a picture of their pachirisu giving the camera giant sad eyes.]
