[As Kefka exits the Bay, he stretches, floating slightly over the surface of the water in the cave. He takes a moment to survey his surroundings before a sinister grin starts to creep over his face.]

My my... it seems like nothing can keep me down for long. Not surprising, really, considering just who I am~! Still... this place seems a little too... quiet.

[He cackles as the wheels in his head start to turn.]

[Oh ho, a new spiritual presence in the Bay! It's a strong one, too. Fortunately for Orihime, venturing out and meeting new people has turned out to be successively awesome, so she's all fired up to go meet this new person!]

[With the temperatures starting to rapidly climb once more, Orihime sheds her coat and scarf and gloves, tucking her winter gear under her arm. The grocery store can wait; with the weird weather they're having this week, it's best to see that new people are escorted somewhere safe and conditioned as soon as possible. She races forward, eager to see who she's about to meet.]

[Kefka was just about to start raining lightning on the closest area of the city, but decided better when he saw Orihime approaching. If nothing else, humans were always amusing to play with before finally putting out of their misery. At her offer, Kefka does a bit of a spin and offers a low bow, partially to help hide the sheer sadistic glee on his face as he put on a more acceptable facade.]
