[ After the eggs' effect ran out, Sertoria was thankful that she returned to her normal self. However, she considers it to be a humbling experience to be reverted to her human self. It gave her a time to be happier and not so concerned about the way the universe in general was back home. There's a part of her that wishes she could return to that self readily here, but knows that she's better off by being her older self. She has the experience necessary, after all, and the development to deal with whatever may come her way.

Due to being older and therefore, more experienced, her tone isn't as cheerful as it was. There's still warmth in her gaze and a general kindness that she has for everyone here. Her hair's returned to its' blond color and her eyes are their normal blue ones when she addresses the camera. ]

I would like to thank those who offered me assistance when I was younger. It is times like those that make me happy for doing what I do for humanity in general.

[ A pause as she rubs at her chin in thought. ]

Surely there is something I can do for those who aided me...? I will not mind -- it is only right to repay your generosity for helping me.

For those who I did not remember during that time, I would like to apologize. Normally, my memory is not affected in the slightest. [ She remembers everything, after all. ]

I am happy to see that we are all back to normal, though.

[ After her video post on the network, Sertoria's immediately back to work. She can be found at the hospital doing her daily routine there by helping patients or catching up on neglected paperwork brought on by being reverted to her younger self. Other than that, she can also be found wandering around the city, again in just that tunic and sandals that she's normally found in. ]

I have noticed that I do not have all of my powers in Genessia, though. I suppose that I am like this now so that I am unable to just freely leave when I please.

I can't tell if I've had my powers watered down, or if maybe I'm just dumber than I remember.

Are you not able to talk with those who are omnipotent?

It would not be a bad idea to see if you have access to all of your abilities or if you do not. That way, you know what you have and what you do not when a crisis happens.

Certainly a good plan if you've got powers that can be afforded to go awry.

Unfortunately, if I mess up then I'll create quite the mess. It'll be better if I just write them off as "not working" until I find a sealed environment for practice.

I believe there is the Holodeck'd in Genessia where you can practice in peace. I would not mind accompanying you if you would like a practice partner.

I'm quite sure how helpful that would be. My magic can be immensely useful, but if I slip up then I'll create a 'glitch.' Which are not really worth the risk in a delicate environment.

I could create a barrier if you would like. I am sure my barrier could contain your magic.

[Uai bites his tongue. Sertoria has been nothing but kind to him, and he doesn’t want that to change. Telling her that he is secretly a hideous and evil monster in human disguise may be a dealbreaker. Telling her that his “glitches” are fragments of his true nature would be too much.

So he just shakes his head, becoming more withdrawn. It isn’t a side of himself he realizes he is showing. It’s something he thought he had gotten rid of.]

No... It’s best I don’t. Thank you anyway.

[ An all too familiar tug of her heartstrings is what follows, her gaze softening as a result. Perhaps it's out of sympathy towards the other, or even out of mere silent understanding.

And yet, for the both of them, she'll smile. It doesn't feel painful since she's well gotten used to doing so by now. ]

That is all right. I am here for you whenever you need, Uai. You can always come to me for help.

[He sincerely wishes that he could believe her, but Uai has little faith remaining. Trusting people is hard when you yourself know your own kindness is a trap.

But he nods anyway, pretending to understand.]

[ She's still smiling for the both of them, despite how she knows that she shouldn't. Maybe it'll bring him some comfort, who knows? ]

[Too bad! He already feels like he can't go to anyone for help. He doesn't deserve it, for one, when he's probably going to ignore any advice. Uai knows most people rightfully tell him to stop clinging to Hana, since that leads to his power being spooky... or to just accept his fate and die already, since his escapism is pushing his omniverse to its end.]
