From the looks of it, she's sitting outside on a balcony late at night and relaxing judging by the tanktop and faded jeans she was sporting tonight, a far cry from her usual suits and dress shirts. It seems this might be one of her favorite spots to be. 

Rip spends a few moments just cuddling her Woobat before addressing her device again.]

However, zhat isn't quite vat I vanted to talk about tonight. At zhe end of zhe event, I vas blind und zome...voman attacked me.  I do not know vat she looks like, only vat her voice sounds like... und vat her heart beats zounds like. Apparently, she knew vho I vas, but, I am razher sure I haf never met zhis voman before.
