[ When Namine woke up, she had been confused. And slightly panicked at finding herself enclosed. But the pod had opened easily enough for her to slip out, clutching the items she had woken up with. She had grown accustomed to her white surroundings within Castle Oblivion. So this was new.
After emerging from the cave, she was blinking up at the sky. It felt strange. Like some trick. Glancing nervously around, she found herself expecting to see a black, cloaked figure appearing, closely followed by that voice -- pleasantly conversational and yet, filled with quiet malice.
But nothing happened.
She could see people bustling around a little ways from her, but nobody spared her a glance. Taking a deep breath, she inspected the items in her possession. It was the device that held her interest. Fumbling around with it, she finally managed to get it working.
She hoped so, anyway. There was a red, blinking light. That meant it was recording right? Anyone looking at her now, would realize she was a new arrival, what with the small chest tucked under one arm. ]
Can anyone tell me...
[ She paused, biting her lip. What was she even asking? How to get back home? No. She shook her head, as though to shake away those thoughts. The first thing to do was to find out if anyone from back home had been brought here as well. ]
I'm looking for my friends, please.

That voice... Naminé?

Riku?
I've just arrived. What... happened?
video; whoops
Yeah, it's me.
The hologram will explain it better than I can. Be right there.
video;
Oh!
[ She glances at the hologram a few feet to her left, but doesn't give it too much attention at the moment. She finally smiles when he tells her he's coming over. ]
Okay, I'll wait for you.
video → action; (I return from the dry hellscape that is AZ...)
It's about five minutes before said corridor opens and deposits him near where he remembers the hologram projector to be.]
Hey. [He smiles faintly.]

Her mind was elsewhere today as she adjusted her umbrella. Her long black pea coat had a bit of flour on it from where her apron she had worn at work brushed against it, and her boots made heavy splashes in puddles as she walked.
Her face was obviously annoyed as she looked at the bay to see if any newcomers looked interesting when she stopped dead in her tracks.]
That little witch...!
[She covered her mouth at her own reaction, as if she didn't expect it, but narrowed her eyes anyway. She didn't move as she glared bullets from a short distance. If Namine were to turn around, she would recognize the bright green-blue eyes and blonde hair antenna. The clothes were completely normal, but her features were the same... Arelen's heart thumped in her chest as she contemplated just walking past her.]
Action
The sigh of Arelen's angry face made her shrink into herself, a lump forming in her throat, as that same wave of unease as before crept up within her. Her discomfort over the Nobody's appearance distracted her from her strange clothing. Taking an involuntary step back, Namine managed to squeeze out: ]
Larxene!
[ If she was here, was Marluxia close behind? ]
Action
I'm not Larxene anymore. [She spoke through clenched teeth, balling her free hand into a fist and out again as the grip on her umbrella made her knuckles white. Her narrowed eyes stared the girl down for a moment.]
My name is Arelen. You can start telling me the last thing you remember so I know where you came from. And DON'T try to argue, it's better for both of our sakes.

[ Noah had never experienced an actual hangover, but she had spent the last few days recovering from the closest approximation of one thanks to the Great Easter Egg Attack and the Great Bunny Burrowing of 2018. She was never going to pick up a random easter egg ever again, bunny fanaticism be damned.
When she turned on her comm link to listen to what was going on, it's Namine's broadcast that catches her interest. ]
Friends...?
[ Noah attempts to straighten herself out to look less bedraggled... which mostly works outside of her expression. ]
There's no guarantee that your friends are here.
...What do you want us to tell you? Who are your friends?
video;
[Because he figured that was the best question to ask at least.]
Naminé?
[He'll be more articulate in a minute, right now, he's just too surprised.]
