[Haga's high pitched voice comes out very loudly, and his eyebrows are knitted in a clear look of pure anger.

He couldn't remember anything similar to Orichalcos or a Shadow Realm ban happening. Heck, he had been avoiding Yugi and his friends like the plague for the past two months, but now he found himself in another weird place, after sleeping for a long time.]

Look, I was here trying to be an upstanding citizen! I wasn't even bothering that loser Yugi anymore, so why am I sucked into some weird alternate dimension again? Am in a hospital bed again?? Ugh... and Ryuzaki isn't here so I guess I'm the only one who messed up this time? [But really, for the life of him, he couldn't remember doing anything that could put his very existence at risk, again.]

Can I just spend a full year with my parents for a change??? Or is that too much to ask for?

So I believe I am truly here, like my physical body.
Which I dunno if it's better or worse. [He let's out a frustrated sigh.]

I mean, the part about not starving is good too. [He chooses to ignore the lonely part. He doesn't want to sound desperate right off the bat.

He sighs and lets himself fall on the squeaky bed next to him.] Still I guess it's just my luck not having much of a choice regarding the stuff that happens to me, hm?

Yeah, gathered that much so far. Although I guess it could be worse. It could be another empty black void... [He mentions the second part as a whisper, pretty much to himself.]

I did spot some... different people when I was out. [He says, trying to sound as polite as possible. On his way to his living quarters he did see some weird folks, so it was unlikely everyone there was from the same place.]

Wait, what you mean 'weren't even in our own worlds'?

[Having already assumed he would zero in on that particular statement, she was prepared with a response.]

My friends and I can travel in between different worlds. [Two, she wanted to say, except...she knew that wasn't true. And she could neither lie nor allow herself to bring up the Dark Ocean in this conversation.] We were in one of them before we were here. Not the world we originally come from.

So you can just hop over to other worlds as you like? [Well, color him impressed. and confused.]

Wait! If you can just do that, why don't you get out of this place then?? [God knows he would do it if he could.]

No. We could only travel between our world and the one we had been in at the time. And not always when we wanted to.

We have no power to travel to or from this world. We were brought here. Or sent here. Only that same power can get us back.

I don't think you messing up is what causes you to be here. [Though Rapunzel wondered if maybe there was some truth into it because before she found herself here she had just left her tower, something she had been told not to do.]

But it's not bad here, I can promise you that. I mean you get the odd thing happening now and again, but nothing major.

[Ahhh Robert was wondering how long it could possibly be before a kid was screaming in his vicinity again. But this one's angry instead of terrified, which removes about 100% of the upsides of listening to screaming while leaving all the downsides.

Yeah, people informed me this is not a punishment of sorts. [He's getting a really weird vibe from this... kid? He isn't sure yet.

And that 'probably' part doesn't reassure him much either.]

Bit of a relief this isn't punishment, because I've been trying to stay of trouble. [And he means it. He was pretty much done with getting tangled up in supernatural and magical shenanigans.] Although, with my luck it's not really something I could rule out...

I don't think it's something any of us can rule out. Or, at least, that it's not as straightforward as it seems. But it doesn't seem to matter much for the moment.

[A little more reassuring maybe? Or maybe not, only for this exact moment Robert's gone from not trying to be reassuring to not sure what normal people find reassuring and not caring that much. Oh well.]

The last time you were in an alternate dimension, your body was really in the hospital?

Anh, yes. It was... very weird. On a train in one minute, in a hospital bed on the next. [Although it didn't really feel like a minute. It felt like a pretty long time, but he doesn't feel like going into details about something he still can't understand very well.]

Not yet. There doesn't seem to be an immediate solution to us being here, and it's more convenient for some of us. So that's fine.

[Coma dreams, something after death, computer program, cloning... There were a lot of possibilities and no real evidence for any of them right now. Robert let it pass.]

It's always possible this is an out of body experience of some sort, but it doesn't feel like one. You should still be careful.
