[Waking up in a cocoon wasn't something that Mikleo expected. It was possibly something to do with Nyoi-cho having another shift. He wasn't freaking out yet. So expecting to wake up in his home, he was cautious about where he was. Weird things like this have happened before, so it wasn't a stretch to say that Kyuubey was up to something again. After getting out of the cocoon and grabbing the stuff he woke up with, he quickly felt for his circlet. It was still there, but the question was, was it still connected to his own life force? Part of him wanted to test to see if that was true, but he knew that was a stupid idea; it was best not to experiment with it. He'd find out soon enough.

Okay, well now that he's addressed that, he turned his attention to his surroundings. He didn't feel that pinging in his mind letting him know that there were any Magi around... That in itself was strange to him. He then looked to the phone he woke up with. It was obviously a phone, but it wasn't the one he'd gotten back in Nyoi-cho. It was much more advanced than his other one (he had a simple flip phone) and he wasn't sure he'd be able to work this phone that well. His pocket mirror.... Where did that go? He couldn't find it on his persons, so he was assuming that he no longer had it with him. Guess he wasn't going to be contacting the other Magi with it. Well, it was time to find out after he check out what was going on with the holograph.]

[Mikleo has tried to catch up on the basics while being here before turning to the phone. He seemed pretty calm for someone who'd just awoken here.]

I think this is a getting a bit out of hand, don't you, Kyuubey?

So what's going on with Nyoi-cho now, hm? I'm assuming to has some witch influence in some way. If that's the case, I'm going to need all the information I can gather. If there's a Nightmare going on, I have to do what I can to try to help.

[OOC: Mikleo is a CRAU from Soulgemmed, a Puella Magi Madoka Magica AU game. You can find the information here in his OOC intro that I put up a while ago. But just like I said there, he won't have his abilities from SG (he'll have his normal abilities) nor will he have a working Soul Gem, but he will retain his memories. If there are any people that he was friends with there here, he'll more than likely remember them. If you would rather he didn't remember you, that's completely okay! Just let me know. Otherwise you're free to just say you don't know him because I don't expect anyone to do so. I have a feeling if he was friends with them before, he can become friends with them again.]

[And it stings. Madoka can't imagine how disappointed he will be to learn she doesn't remember him. She knows that it must have hurt Homura so much every time she put her best friend through this horrible trial...

[It doesn't take her long to pick up his presence on the wind, albeit by accident. While she's been avoiding most people due to the weight of the malevolence bearing down on her... there's just something that sticks out about this newcomer. Her mind is too foggy to place just what it might be, exactly, but... she's willing to find out.

She might not be 'well', by any means, but she'll approach the boy with a gentle smile anyway. ]

[He was just trying to gather his bearings when she came along. He still couldn't tell if she was a Magi or not.... Maybe it wasn't functioning here? But while he hasn't met her before, he has a familiar feeling coming from her.]

[Well after the chat with Madoka and Zavied, he can only assume that Chiaki doesn't remember him either.... Especially with that response. As someone who was also a Magi, she doesn't seem to remember her time at all. Never mind the fact that she seems to have no knowledge just from that, but she didn't show the signs of a Native either. He's starting to understand better.]

I must admit, someone who would sell their soul are idiots. I can't even deny that one. Even if there is a noble reason for it, it's still not smart because it means you might not have free will anymore.
