[The feed starts with a familiar face looking upon the feed. His silver eyes fixed on the feed which seemingly levitated a few feet in front of him. His hair was as black as his armour which was a corruption of the armour once forged with the power of the sun itself. On top of his armour were multiple leather straps, which spiraled around his whole body, his limbs and half of his face. It was the judge from the Beauty Pageant. It was hard to tell from the feed alone where he was. But the bright noon sky was shining behind him. He seemed to be standing on a rooftop.

His lips were covered, but his voice was not muffled as he spoke. In fact, it was almost as if he was talking to everyone's ears. His voice was cold, unfeeling, slow and haunting.]

Genessia.

[A pause.]

My name is Lucifer. The Morningstar. The King of Hell.

[He has been in Genessia for months now. Though no one will recognize him as his human self, Kira, he has been very open about his opinions with everyone as Lucifer. A lot of people have seen him. But he felt like he needed to introduce himself to everyone.

Then his eyes crinkled as if amused.]

People often use the word 'hell' in a lot of their statements. While other people have no idea what it looks like nor do they know what the place is.

[Another pause. But this time the feed zooms out. It shows everyone how a dark staff appears on Lucifer's side. It reveals a circle of black smoke emerging beneath Lucifer. Behind him, emerged four ebony wings. The wings spread to a length long enough to reach both sides of the building where he was standing on. They were strong and sharp but they were far from its original and beautiful form which was soft and glowed with Heaven's light.]

Let me show everyone what it looks like.

[With that, his first feed ends.]

[A little over five minutes later, the feed opens once more. Lucifer's wings were folded behind him now and he was clearly more amused than he was earlier.]

As much as I would love to fight every single one of you, I think it would be best that you turn your attention to Genessia hospital.

[He forgets if he promised a certain brat that he was not going to touch the hospital.]

If anybody tries to seek me, we can all find out together how combustible oxygen tanks and human bodies are.

[With that, he finally ends the feed. But of course, he is the Prince of Lies. Regardless if a person seeks him or not, he will still blow up the hospital.]

[.. Well. That was unexpected. And it seems the moment Captain Hammer vanished, Genessia City's been acting up. Either he had some clout after all, or this is just one massive coincidence.

She doesn't really understand the motive, nor does she have a particular desire to attempt to track Lucifer; there isn't any doubt in her mind that there are more than enough denizens to get on situation. Instead, she sees a golden opportunity she needs to seize as soon as possible.

Satsuki takes a moment to consider her strategy, then moves to take action- it's off to Wily Tower for her.]

[He's wondering if this man was even going to answer. Gray wanted to know his motives, but it also looked like he was going to be helping out.]

[It took a while for Lucifer to answer as he was mainly focused at the things most of the citizens were doing during the chaos.]

What's the point in any action?

[A pause when there was no ready reaction. He answers his own question as if very bored by everything surrounding him.]

[What an eye-catching sight to pop up on the feed of all days. Things were beginning to get boring around. While he hadn't orchestrated any trouble of his own, yet, he was entertained that someone finally had.

It lacked the luster of chaos that kowloon children spread when their pandemic spread, but this certainly had potential. The best part about this episode compared to the last was that Zelman was actually here for this. As it stood, he had no obligation to anyone here, and thus no responsibility as so much aiding anyone who needed help. Not to mention this might be an excellent time to do something himself, in the middle of chaos.]
