A. Axiom Games
[ She wasn't here to play games most of the time. Which sounds very dramatic, but since she works here it's not surprising. Lately, however, she's been using downtime to slip away from the concessions stand and waste time playing a classic arcade game. To the point that she's actually got the top score. What can she say? She's got fast fingers.
She's probably going to get Johnny annoyed at her for actually finishing her games before running over to help people who want their food, but he puts up with a lot from her. What's one more thing? ]
Coming!
[ This is her second game she's attempting to top the list on, so she really wants to get it. Except there's some kid crying about how he's hungry and she loses concentration, groaning loudly and stomping back over while the parent looks less than amused. ]
B. Brand New Digs
[ Okay. Okay, she couldn't live with Johnny forever. She'd learned her lesson about roommates and letting herself get really close to anyone. And Johnny wasn't really someone to get close to anyway, even if he was nicer to her than he had any right to be despite that he wasn't getting anything beyond her letting him stare for up to 15 seconds without her commenting on it.
So she finally signed for keys at Clermont Apartments. Did she need that much space? No. But she liked it, and as long as she kept up with her trading thing, it was better to have the extra room anyway. She didn't really have much stuff, but she did need to go get her things from Johnny's and probably leave him a note or something. He did let her stay there for free after all. The least he deserves is a post-it.
She can't drive though, so she can be seen around town carrying a suitcase or a box or two of stuff back and forth. ]
C. Colosseum
[ She's done moping. Well, she isn't, but she's sick of moping at least, so she's decided to embark on one of the things that she does enjoy doing- beating the crap out of things. Catch her at the Colosseum fighting NPCs for the most part, using her three-part weapon. For those who aren't familiar, it's a pair of revolvers that transform into sickles which then transform into kusarigama with ridiculously (impossibly) long-range chains. How does she carry all that and still be that fast in a fight? Who knows. Why don't you ask?
Note: If your character wants to fight her and she's obviously outclassed, she's not going to. She'll forfeit the fight before she loses. If she's close and not quite strong enough, she'll probably cheat. She won't be holding back if your character is weaker though, so let me know if you want her to stop or not. She has no problem killing here, especially since it's the Attleton Colosseum and there's no penalty. ]

Colosseum
I really need to get me something like that...
[Or morph his ki into more than just blasts and swords. Either way, she might notice him staring a bit too much.]

If you're looking for something to watch, the TV's a great place to start.
no subject
Yeah well, someone forced me to wait around till I could get my turn to train. But--[He got into a stance, one similar to those that used Karate, and he stared at her with a bit of a smirk.] If you are so keen on trying to shoot me, I'm more than willing to return the favor with a quick beatdown. Could use a warm-up anyway.

[ But she smirks regardless, turning her attentions to him more fully now, rapidly switching the guns back to kusarigama and swinging them in a pattern that was careful to avoid the ground. She'll wait for him to make the first move. ]
no subject
[More like he didnt like guns period at this point. But that hardly changed his mood. He studied the movement of the weapon. Could just overwhelm her with pure strength, but where was the fun of that?
Might as well return one shot with another. His body sparked, the brightness almost turning him a dark shade of black. In another second, the energy burst from Naoki in the form of small but powerful ki blasts, each one on par with one of his punches. They came from his arms and chest. Though inaccurate and not homing in on Emerald, it didn't need to be. Nobody could escape from rain after all, right?]

[ She smirks, but he may notice she's very fast. While she does take a few hits, unless he's taking up the whole Colosseum, she's going to be able to get out of range. She doesn't seem particularly bothered by the hits either- not because they aren't doing damage, but her aura absorbs the majority of it. It'll take a while to get her to take any injury. She ends up throwing the end of the kusarigama past him, yanking back at just the right time to try to hook the sharp point into him. The chain is surprisingly, unexpectedly long to be able to do that, so it does catch most people off guard. ]

Feeling he had a decent grasp on the weapon, his body glowed again, sparks of electricity forming. Well if physical attacks would take too long, maybe some good old lightning would do. His hand is held out, letting the weapon catch his skin. It stings, but that was about it.
The Magatama were just enhancements after all. He was already prepared to handle God...well mostly. Still missing a key ingredient. As soon as the kusarigama blade hit him, he let out of the electricity stored within, letting it travel through her weapon to strike. He would have made a bad pun, but he thought the spell was enough damage anyway if it hit.]
b
suddenly he stepped in front of her, arms wide as usual.]
Emerald! Do you need assistance with that?
no subject
[ The greeting sounds like an exasperated groan even if it forms words. ]
No, I'm good.
no subject
....
...........
............welp. sidon turned around to wave at her.]
Alright then! I believe in you! Good luck with it all!
no subject
Are you seriously not upset at all from before?
no subject
[oh so she does want to talk?! yes good.]
I was, for a while, but then I realized you were correct. I had not thought about your side at all, ever, and I suppose that is because I am incredibly overbearing! I have my mind set on things and I simply must follow them through.
You said it yourself, I didn't know you, and it was true. So- I figured the best way would be to support you, and to come to understand you more!
no subject
I'm glad you've become self-aware over you overbearingness. Why do you care though? It's not like I've done anything worth paying attention to.
no subject
I do not believe I need a particular reason to care, Emerald, I have thoroughly enjoyed our conversations and I simply want to get to know you better. Or assist you in any way, truly.
I would like for us to become friends. [he nods, thinking that is a good answer.]
no subject
[ She doesn't think she's been unclear about that, even if the details allude most people. ]
no subject
[he nods at his words.] Criminal or not, you have not done personal harm to me, so I still hold you in high regard.

I cannot please everyone, can I? I try at least, however that isn't always the case.

B.
She says hi, there are those awkward pleasantries but Enis doesn't feel a particular need to always say hi or follow any standard polite protocol. Mostly because she knows that Emerald doesn't really give a fuck. It's refreshing but it does make Enis want to try and do that 'friend' thing she's been hearing so much about.
Today she's heading towards Johnny's though it's actually to see Emerald. She manages to catch sight of her just as she's leaving with a suitcase. Enis raises an eyebrow but says nothing until she's close enough for their conversation to be private.]
You busy enough that you can't take a break?
[It's like an invite.]
no subject
And she sounds like she's up to something. ]
Depends on what for.
no subject
I was going to try dirt biking today. I was going to invite Johnny but I've changed my mind. [She isn't sure who she likes better out of the two. Johnny usually feeds Enis when she comes over and it's hard to not like someone who feeds you delicious food but she appreciates Emeralds overall attitude more.] What do you say?
I already have the bikes.
[Mostly not stolen. Working as a deputy means that Enis tries to keep her criminal activity low. Or at least returns things.]
no subject
[ Honestly, she's never been. It's not exactly the sort of thing that she's had a reason to try even when she isn't moping around. Enis isn't awful though, and if there's one thing that makes her uncomfortable it's staying inside all the time. It probably comes from not being inside for most of her life- the air doesn't feel right, like it's stuffy or wrong after a while. ]
Have you been before?
no subject
[It's something new that Enis had wanted to try after Johnny suggested it.] Johnny mentioned it when I asked for suggestions. Figured it was worth a try. [She doesn't look particularly concerned about the task. Enis already knows how to drive a motorcycle, she assumes that dirt bikes are very similar but with bumpier paths.]
