Hello. My name is Luna. I've never really been in a situation like this before but I thought I should introduce myself. That's part of getting used to a new place, isn't it?

I'm hoping that I will be able to get work as a nurse here so I'd like to get to know others in the medical field. Or if anyone knows about robotics, I have a particular interest in that, too.

[She glances down, then, hand drifting to the bluebird necklace as she considers adding anything further.]

Hello Luna, my name's Ted. Welcome to Genessia. As it happens, I know of one who's both a robot and a medical robot at that, if it's not too extreme to satisfy both interests at once. You've the fortune to arrive a day before a prom, and he might make for an interesting, if unorthodox, date.

He's been very polite on the network; I trust he'll be likewise to something more particular. though it's been months since I last read of him--perhaps he's private. Well, nothing ventured!

But no, the welcome hologram was very informative. I don't suppose I'll really know for certain until I've been here longer but I don't think it'll be too much trouble.

Haha, that's too bad. The troublemakers are invariably interesting, and perhaps very necessary, like a volcanic eruption enriching soil.

Well, if no nursery has tempted you, this program can recommend less troublesome occupation.

That's true, I suppose. Though it doesn't seem like this is the sort of environment that needs a troublemaker to push things forward.

Aha, didn't mean to kick you out of your comfort zone utterly; it has a good head for which hospitals are hiring and where. Sadly, or gladly, I've not much experience with those. I do know a few doctors, however.

Her name is Orihime Inoue. She runs a bakery called Cake Town.

[He figures if they get along, Orihime could serve as a possible reference to help her get her foot in the door at the hospital, though it'd ultimately be up to her.]

She sounds very talented, if she can bake and deal with medical troubles. I'll make sure to look her up.

Go to the welcome center. They'll help set up working at the Genessia hospital as a nurse or provided you with other options if that location isn't what you have in mind. There are a few medical jobs available.

[She pauses thoughtfully.]

As for robotics. You should go to Nova City. They have robots as well as the technology that you'll need should you wish to pursue the hobby further. There are also R&D divisions in a few larger companies there if you'd prefer to work in the field of robotics.

Oh, no, I don't think working in robotics is quite for me but thank you. I'll still go and visit since it sounds like somewhere I should know my way around.

Yes, if that is what you want.

The welcome center has resources to help you find a place that might suit you best. If you have your heart set at a single place, then you can go and apply directly. There might be more steps for you since you won't have the welcome centers help but I can't imagine it'll be very difficult.

Well that's okay. They have to make sure they're employing the right people for a job like that, don't they?

Yes but they give those who arrive here a little more leeway with the initial higher.
