[Okay, he's read the pamphlet and watched the video so he's up to date. After suppressing his ki and flying high above the bay to get a good look around, he's still not impressed.

This isn't Earth, he knows that. It's no other planet he's been to. There's some familiarity here, maybe some familiar ki, but they're not at full power and faint. It sets him more on edge than comforts, actually.

Whatever's responsible knows that he's here, and Vegeta was never one for hiding. So, pissed to hell and back, he activates a video from high above the bay.]

Whose idea of a joke is this?

i would appreciate that. its not something im really eager to do but when just attempting to blow a hole open and walk out can mean a fate worse than death for everyone in here, i cant just sit by either.

call me dante. i have a shop over in attleton and work as a deputy guardian there. should be easy enough to find me.

I met Mr. Andor; he's been helpful, and was nice enough to let me accompany him around Attleton to give me a tour. I also met K2S0. And Starky---ball of energy who was fun to take walking.

Believe me, I'd rather not have to deal with it either. It's easier to prevent that if Vegeta's calmer though, and not riled up. Where I'm from, I'm used to being the first in line to defend everyone else. Including from an alternate and psychopathic version of 17--since he seems to know you. (It's complicated.)

I'm guessing neither of you know how to 'back off' when it's the smart option. Sometimes that's a good thing, sometimes that's a bad thing--this is one of those times when it's a bad thing. Especially because it'll make things worse for more than just the two involved.

theres probably a joke about daddy issues in there somewhere but no ive never been the type to back off. like i said i will leave diplomacy to you because i suck at it.
