[Near the border between Fayren and Genessia City, there had been some odd construction going on, primarily at night, though nobody would see any kind of construction crew. Just a lone figure of seemingly varying sizes that was erecting what appeared to be a great tower. Today, however, the finishing touches had been put on the stone and gold tower, and a giant crimson dragon took roost upon the tower and gave a loud roar as if to announce the tower before slinking into an alcove much smaller than the dragon and disappearing.]

It is with great pleasure that I announce the opening of what I am dubbing Wyrmrest Suites. It is an apartment complex on the Fayren side of the border with Genessia city. Anyone under the age of 18 can live here free, and those over 18 will be expected to help with minor expenses amounting to half of a one star payment per month. Which is why I did not give a number. I'm well aware of how my brother interacts with the various races and would never question how the races quantify adulthood.
