[Private Note to Cake Town Staff]
I've got some ideas for Cake Town, so I thought we might have a quick meeting after we close tonight. I think we're ready to start growing, so I might have some new job opportunities that you guys should have first choice of taking if you want them!
---------------------
[Public to Everyone]
[Orihime appears, looking as cheerful as she normally does, and bows politely in greeting before rising with her hands clasped in front of her chest.]
I saw that a lot of people are looking for jobs, so I just wanted to let people know that Cake Town is always hiring! If you want to bake, or cater, or be a bouncer, we can definitely find a place for you to fit in!
[Did she say 'a bouncer'? She hasn't batted a lash, so she might be serious. Or maybe she thinks she's being funny again. Who can tell?]
Even if you only work for a month until you can open up your own business, we don't mind at all. It's a fun place to work, and you get to take home the things we didn't sell that day, so that's a fun bonus, ne?
[She beams. Free donuts is a pretty good perk in her opinion.]
Just let me know! We're pretty informal, honestly. And if you'd rather be a customer, we've got a new summer menu lined up that we're very excited about. Please give it a try!

A pause as she remembers something.] You need a bouncer? For a cake shop? Have you had problems? [Thieves or angry customers, who knows?] I hope no one attacked your shop! Attacking a cake shop... that would be lame!
[Most people only order one slice rather than the whole cake. Her grin widens at Mavis's concern and she quickly waves her hands.]
No, not really! No unexpected adventures! But Shinjiro-san was kind of a natural bouncer and it feels strange not to have someone gruff around. It really added to the fun atmosphere.
[SOMEHOW. It was Shinjiro. His grumpiness was hilarious to her.]
Anyway, you never know when you'll need some muscle, ne? So it can't hurt to have someone!
[She gives the other girl a relieved smile.] Oh, okay. Then, I guess that's fine, yes.

Orihime, do you think you could get one of your ice cream cakes ready for, say, Friday afternoon? I'm thinking the team would like that. Some truffles, too, I'm thinking, or whatever would be fitting.

[There's no hesitation this time after speaking with Mavis. Orihime flips that switch to private, beaming excitedly.]
I have a favor to ask, Andor-san! Would you mind if I shadowed you for a day to see what it's like to be a guardian? I promise I won't get underfoot, I know you're busy!

Right. I saw you're running in Genessia. You're welcome to join me, it won't be any trouble. The work in Attleton is pretty different from the other towns since we don't have a regular police force to do the day-to-day work, we are the regular police, but it should still give you some idea of what the work is like.
[ And him an opportunity to scrutinize whether she takes it seriously, though that seems to be less of an issue this election around. ]

If I were less busy, I might take you up on that. [Goodness knows he fits the profile, what with the "grumpy built bald man" look he's got going. He'll just have to serve as an impromptu one whenever he stops by until she gets an actual bouncer.]
Has someone been making trouble? [His voice is calm as ever, but there's a subtle edge to it that shows he's being serious. If someone's been messing with Orihime....]

[She can't think of anyone more stoic than Ford. It's not really what he wants to do with his life, though, she knows that.]
You're running a greenhouse now, ne? Are you growing any herbs, flowers, or fruit? I can buy wholesale if you like!
And no, no trouble, don't worry about it. I just miss Shinjiro-san giving people the grumpy warning stare, that's all.
[And then back to normal:] ...Just out of curiosity, though, what are you planning on doing with them?

[This girl definitely isn't the type she would have expected to show interest in a job like that. She doesn't look grumpy or serious at all! But that will probably just make it funnier, so she's open to the idea. Orihime waves her hand.]
Oh no, don't worry about age! I'm seventeen myself. As long as you can do the job, that's what matters!
video
[ She pauses, looking around her commonspace room, and realizes there's nothing really impressive she could use to show off. ]
Hang on!
[ She shoves the phone in her pocket, and there's a solid 40 seconds of nothing. Just the sounds of Kagura speeding out of the building. Once she's outside, she gets her phone out again, and props it up on top of a trashcan.
There is now a blue car in view. Kagura darts over to it, and easily lifts it over her head with one hand. Still holding it, she turns to the camera, grinning. ]
See?

[She wouldn't know where to start really.]

[Because 'one of everything' is a perfectly valid way to order desserts in her opinion.]
video;
But if it's tasty enough people would want to come back regardless, right?

I wanted to ask if Cake Town makes cakes to order. I'm going to need pastries for at least 50-100 persons too.

[She's so proud, and beams in delight at the invitation.]
I'd be happy to!
[Orihime is about to ask if it's a formal event, but if he's going to need catering, then she'd better show up professionally dressed no matter what.]
I can do that! I'll send an order form over so you can pick the flavors of cake you want, and which pastries you want to have.
[She'll need to get a head start on those since she'll be shadowing Mavis the day before, but with those big ovens, she doesn't think it'll be too hard at all to fill his order.]

Sure, I can come to that meetin'! So is the store gonna get taller?
[Private Video]
[She's so glad she hired him. He always looks so cheerful, and his delivery is super fast too.]
I'm trying to see if we can get more stores in the other cities. If we can make more money, then I can use that money to help out Genessia, ne? Then more deputies can get hired, and more people can fight crime but not have to do it as a volunteer...
Ahhhhh I'm getting off topic! Anyway, yes, more stores! I wanted to see if any of you guys wanted to be a store manager if I can get the new bakeries going.
