Action
["Have I... Have I lost?" it rings through her being, albeit with a blur around the edges of her memory. a sense of dread, darkness, her faults all coming to a head as if the 'truth' were being presented to her. even as Saber reached for that which she wished to seize in her own two hands, she sank further away while a voice beckoned her deeper.
"Don't bother."
as a hand threatened to tear her away from her wish, she was overwhelmed with an uncharacteristic rage, prepared to stop whatever...whoever would dare get in her way of obtaining the Holy Grail. it all happened so fast, and before she could lay eyes upon whoever called out to her from the abyss, her vision was rendered pure black. no more voices. if anything, she felt literally nothing. that was...until a few moments later wherein the knight went through the traditional motions that any newcomer to this world went through.
Saber woke up, albeit in a minor daze before she was quick to regain her wits, armor once ensnared in corrupted veins once again shining with brilliant silver and azure accents. she barely even registers the weight on her chest as she holds it by her side while she retains her footing.]
Where am I...? Who was— [it was then that she felt her chest tighten up, a gloved hand rising up to it as the hairs on the back of her neck stood up on end. that's right! she was doing battle with that black Assassin while her Master was facing- no!] Shirou! [her instincts kicked into high gear as she was quick to burst out of the bay with great speed. ...nearly passing by the hologram of a white-haired girl that addressed her. normally a lot more composed, the only thing coursing through her mind was that Shirou was in danger, and that she was failing him as her Servant. to protect him.]
... .... .....
[Saber listens, albeit reluctantly at first with a furrowed brow and tightened lips. while she wasn't unfamiliar with being called forth from different points of time, such was the nature of a Heroic Spirit recorded in history to be called forth by a worthy mage. as a Servant, they gain knowledge of the world around them to better fit in, but none of this... none of this made any sense. she felt a sense of dread in how she couldn't feel Shirou's presence. there was no connection. no contract. ...she was, in Weiss' words, "kidnapped" and no longer a participant of the Holy Grail War. in a way, she truly did lose. even though she would be relatively "safe" here, this was from what she wanted. and if she had any potential say in the matter, she would find a way back to her Master's side, to protect him and fight for the Holy Grail together. to discover the origin of that shadow that twisted the battle beyond comprehension...]
Shirou... I swear upon my oath as a knight, as your Servant... [her eyes hold a new resolve, her composure regained while she steeled down that disturbing feeling she'd felt moments before waking here] I will find you again.
[with a brilliant flash of light, her armor disappeared off of her body. though she was no longer in Fuyuki, let alone the same world, something was anchoring her here without disappearing. departing from the Bay area, she no longer had the appearance of an armored warrior, but a young girl finding her way.]

[it doesn't take the blonde newcomer long to read through how this new device of hers worked, albeit this was far more advanced than most of anything from even Shirou's time. but there is a brief bout of fiddling as the camera comes on to the bright emerald gaze of the a young girl blinking at the screen.]
Ah. So it's working. [a brief clearing of her throat]

If anyone can see this, my name is Saber. Though I understand that we are kept relatively safe here, there is someplace that I need to be.
Even though I have only just arrived here, I ask if there is anyone I may seek out who can help return me to my world. [she raises a hand to her chest, briefly closing her eyes before speaking again, not a single falter to be found in her tone] I'm sorry if that is a tall task, but it is important.
[there is strength in her words, yet deep inside, she harbors doubts. maybe this 'Weiss' woman carried more answers beyond what the hologram told her. with so little to work on, it only made sense to start from the proverbial bottom]

video;
[could it be possible? would it be possible for her to even be able to unleash her Noble Phantasm here, without a link to her Master? another question altogether... how much longer would she last here before she disappeared? she didn't feel her resources depleting, which was strange.
too dangerous. it was too dangerous to just immediately assume destroying the barrier would solve all of their problems]
Are our worlds beyond this barrier?

[He couldn't help but shrug slightly. He was up to date on information that had been public knowledge anyway because well he liked to know things in order to plan what to do next.]
