[Imelda may be good at many things, but technology is not one of them. Nor is being on her own in a strange place, so different from Santa Cecilia or even the Land of the Dead. She's not particularly good at approaching people either. But needs must and her needs right at the moment include a job, red bills aren't going to work forever and she can't seem to figure out how to find one. All before there were contacts, and she's gotten used to whatever her beloved familia has set on the ofrenda. Now she is back to nothing. Less than nothing.
She tries not to let that show, though, sitting straight and stern for the camera as if posing for an old photograph]
I'm looking for work. [and how annoying to have to do this all over again. She who had started a successful zapataria twice... and would do so a third time. When she had enough money gathered.]
I can cook and clean and mend and all those things required running a household. [she waves a hand] Finances are a specialty.
If you are looking for some skilled labor, or know of anyone who is, contact me por favor. [and she will try to figure out how to answer in time]
[afterwards and otherwise, Imelda can be seen wandering down the streets of Genessia, peering into shops, looking lost, and indeed she might be. Not that she will admit it]

[He rolls over in mid-air to expose the softer fur on the underside of his stomach. It's uncommon for Ches to offer his belly to anyone, but that brush is doing wonders to get the loose fur out.]
Do you have any family traditions?

[she continues her work with gentle patience. The question makes her a little sad. None of them are here with her. She is mostly alone in this place... save for one who she won't talk to ]
Si. Every Dia de los Muertos we would have a celebration, honoring those who died who we loved and those we still had with us. [she's glad it's a tradition her familia has kept up. It's nice to see them grow and change-- even though she misses them terribly]
