Does anybody know a good blacksmith that can weld my wedding ring into place? [Kay raises his left hand and sure enough, there's a white gold ring around his finger.] It keeps falling off because my frame's too smooth and I don't want to lose it by accident.

[Any attempts at seriousness are ruined when there's a yelp, a shout of] Galantea! Get back here right now! [and then there's a Sylveon wearing a tiny tuxedo throwing herself at Kay smugly crowing Sylveon! Sylveon! Cassian appears a moment later, plucking her from Kay’s shoulder. If you look closely, you can see a matching wedding ring on Cassian’s hand, worn along with the gunmetal-grey ring made of Kay’s frame he’s been wearing since Christmas.]

That’s it, you’ve been wearing this tux since the wedding. Enough now. [For his troubles, he gets his cheek licked– slowly and slobbery and with great relish. He finally notices the phone in Kay’s hand.] If you’re going to announce it, you might as well tell them we’ll be unavailable for our honeymoon.

No, Galantea, not gifts for you. Don't get your hopes up.

I... I guess we do accept gifts? Should we? Is that common here?

It's easier to have a registry list of the things you both would like, but in this case...

[What would they both even like? Grell will just give them something she thinks they'd need.]

Receiving wedding gifts is very common. I'm sure Weiss and her fiance will probably register at a few places. There's no reason to not accept gifts, right?

He understands each of these words separately but they have no sense to him. Sure, he's heard things here and there from the native Attletonies or read about it in a magazine but none of that really meshes together in his head as a thing that pertains to him. ]

Like, when people buy you dishes? We have dishes.

Usually, a registry is for couples moving into a new home together and need to furnish it with items they'll need daily. They choose a store that carries the items they'd like to have and register there. You two are already established, so it would be good to ask for things you're in need of replacing?

Oh. You know, that's actually a good idea. Between the pokemon and the pets things are constantly getting broken or worn-out. I might make a list, just in case anybody wants to bring us gifts.

[ He shoots Kay a look off-screen. ]

Refusing useful presents would be foolish.
