[The Eleventh Doctor pops up on screen with an affable smile, beside his younger (if slightly older-looking) self.]

Hello, everyone, The Doctor here.

[ The Tenth Doctor is now on screen next to his older self and giving a cheeky smile]

Hullo, also The Doctor.

[The older (even if he doesn’t quite look it) Doctor nods with a smile and a tilt of his head toward the other.]

Anyways, me and chinny here -

[The younger-looking Doctor rolls his eyes.]

Me and Chinny here have put together a place for the residents who find this weather a bit unbearable a place to stay.

[The Eleventh Doctor shakes his head and renews his smile for the camera.]

Yes, simple enough, heat exchanger looped through the Alpine Room in my TARDIS, keeps a few rooms at Torchwood very pleasant for anyone who’s not cut out for this sort of heat. Because that’s what we do.

[He pauses just a second to adjust his bow tie proudly.]

[Ten eyes Eleven and then off screen towards Rose - they’re not charging for this right? Right? He doesn’t know what she wants and back at the camera.]

[The Eleventh Doctor will be around Torchwood, making sure the heat exchanger is working (and that nobody goes wandering into his TARDIS uninvited), and to brainstorm a solution just in case anyone needs help getting there. The Tenth Doctor will be around, also, as well as other Torchwood people to check those who arrive for signs of heat exhaustion or heatstroke, etc.]

Yeah, not actually new, that, in case you'd forgotten. 'course there's such a thing as getting too relaxed, isn't there.

I'm planning to go outside a bit and figure out my own heat tolerance through robust exercise. [which is not the greatest plan but hey, why not? He also might be lying. Hard to say. Not even he's sure]

That is a very kind offer, but I have one question. How many can fit in those rooms? I'm not concerned about myself in this heat, I'm merely wondering if I should be putting my energy toward a similar project.

Koishi can be found sprawled out on Torchwood's odd tree shaped book shelf. The top shelf had been removed and the one under it contained no books. It was reserved for the relaxed little youkai. And it was simply too hot to spend her time outside.

She would be hard to notice up there but she could see all the going ons in the area from her perch. Like a cat. She might move at some point. She might not. The heat made her a little sleepy.

Still, should anyone interesting come by they should expect to get pounced on.

All of eternity and then some.

And once a Starbucks but that is a long story and we never did find out where we put the espresso machine.

[He raises a hand pointing toward Ten as he pontificates, then to Rose again.]

What company do you work for?

I'm in need of good scientists who can enlarge the inside of rooms for cheaper than these two lugheads, so if you're not already with a company, you could team up. And I'll offer better perks.
