Video; Sun goes to Tokyo!

[Well, things had been crazy in this place lately. So Sun had found different ways of occupying his times so his mind wouldn’t linger on things for too long. One of those ways was exploring. And in his exploration, he stumbled across this sub-archway.

He was standing in the sprawling metropolis that was Tokyo. And man, this city was massive. Sun is pretty amazing, looking back and forth between everything on the busy streets.]

Whoa. Has anyone ever been to this place before? [ He shows his view of the city, to let all of the colorful signs, busy streets and just the general liveliness of it all be seen. And that wasn’t even all of it. And here he thought the city of Vale was huge. Though which was bigger between the two, he didn’t really know.]

You're the one who suggested it.

[ She looks back at him like he's the one being weird. He said it, she went with it. That should be more than enough warning, obviously. ]

I didn't suggest it..I just said someone said it was a good tourist spot. I wasn't saying it so we'd go there immediately. [You are totally the weird one, Weissy.]

[whiteas]

We're tourists, and it's a good idea. Aren't you the one who's idea it was to explore anyway?

[ Stop monkeying around and get with the explorin', Sun. ]

Yes, but this is a team effort. Team effort. You wouldn't like it if I decided things without you, would you?

[whiteas]

We're not a team, we're two people exploring a big city and getting lunch.

[monkeystowaway]

And medicine. Possibly some souvenirs. But fine, Weiss. We aren't a team. We are just two people walking together. [Sigh.] I was going to let you be team leader too.

[whiteas]

Well.. I suppose we could be a team. Just this once. As long as I'm not paying for the souvenirs and your lunch.

[ She works at a pizzeria right now, Sun, she's not making a ton of money unless they accept lien by some miracle. ]

[Sun actually makes pretty decent money doing what he does..]

Alright then. And of course you aren't paying for my souvenirs. Just my lunch. It's not like I'm broke or anything, Weiss.

[whiteas]

I would have offered without you volunteering me to buy you lunch, by the way.

[monkeystowaway]

[He wasn't so sure about that.] I'll pick up lunch next time, then. You pick the place, and I will pay. No questions asked.

[Hopefully she picked the pizzeria where she worked. He still had a gift card for that place. He looks up ahead to Tokyo tower to see how far they were from it now. What he wouldn't give for Ruby's speed sometimes.]

No. You aren't going to buy me lunch.

[ Weiss looks over at him, a bit of pomp I'm her step. It isn't as though she has anything specifically against him buying her lunch, but she isn't going to force him to owe her. Even if she's working at a pizzeria, she's finding a sense of independence in getting her own money to spend on what she chooses, rather than money she didn't earn. ]

As long as you promise that next time you want me to get you something, you ask.

Just because I Say you can pay for my lunch, doesn't mean you have to. [If she ever told him no that she wouldn't pay for his lunch, he'd probably just playfully call her mean and pay for it himself. He didn't realize it bothered her.]

Just pay for your own stuff from now on and I'll pay for mine.

It's too late, I'm paying for yours now. We're a team for today.

If you aren't going to let me pay for things for you, Weiss, then I can't let you pay for things for me. It's just not fair. [Not fair for her. He shouldn't be the only one having things bought for him.]

[whiteas]

I'm not letting you never pay for anything for me. You just don't owe me for this time.

[monkeystowaway]

You know, that's kind of what you made it sound like.

It doesn't anymore, does it?

[monkeystowaway]

Well, no. Because you told me that it wasn't that way. [You are pretty hard to read sometimes, Weiss.]

[whiteas]

Then there's no problem.

[ It takes practice. And/or mindreading talents. ]

I guess not. [And now they are coming up to Tokyo tower. There is an elevator that they will have to take to get up to the top, thankfully. He'd hate if there were only stairs.]

[ This is so low-tech compared to what they're used to. Weiss is touching the little line rope as she starts heading into it. ]

If someone bumped into this, the entire line would fall down. It's not very practical.

[ They should have like, hologram lines or something that's more firmly cemented into the ground, in her opinion. ]

[He follows along beside her.] It serves its purpose. This city itself might not have the ability to produce tech like in our world. Or Nova city.

[whiteas]

[ She turns around to face him once they're at the back of the line, which is miraculously not too far from the elevators since them standing in line for an hour is not very fun thread-wise. There's only a couple of people ahead of them. ]

I suppose you're right, but there has to be something better they could use.

[ She's pretty sure they're dirty so she's not going to touch them again. ]

When we get to the top, you can ask to speak to the manager or whoever is in charge and give them all your points on what they are doing wrong and how to better it.

I'm sure they'll want to hear them. [They probably are dirty, though..]

I'm getting the feeling you don't mean that. Besides, I'm not about to get us both kicked out of the building.

[ At least she has some self-awareness of what you do not say to certain people. ]

I might fill out a comment card if they have them, though.

[ Once they're in the elevator, Weiss gets shoved into the corner since she's small and it's crowded. ]
