[Video] A stealthy return

[The video feed clicks on to reveal a cloaked and hooded figure speaking, doing their best to keep their face hidden. From the sound of the voice it's probably female, but it's a bit gruff and growling so it's hard to tell.]

It has been some time since I've worn this form, or last been to this place. I made some enemies and some... acquaintances the last time I was here, but I do not wish to jump to any conclusions. I know people come and go rather readily here, but since the introduction with Miss Schnee and the comm device seem to be the same, I would like to ask if Professor Ozpin is still here.

[He at least, seemed like he would make a trustworthy ally.]

I would also ask if the species name Laguz means anything to any of you. In the meantime I might be looking for work as a bodyguard, hunter, or tracker, if anyone needs such things.

That would be lovely, my love! Oh! I should have something in my tea section which can mimic sparkles. It will be in one of the smaller containers.

Pineapple and sparkles in honor for the pitable oversized blue turkey. He should thanks us for being so considerate.

He really should. Especially since we are going out of our way like this for him. To make him feel special despite not being cool.

And despite not being special at all. Then again we already do so much for him, coming to live with him as if he was important to us when he's not. Because we both are picky and don't consider uncool turkeys as family, do we?

We are doing him such a grand favor, Darling. I can try to make a pineapple themed tea to go with your dish. Nope, not at all. We greatly prefer the cool ones over the uncool turkeys. Alas, I don't know how much longer our kindness will last for him.

Certainly not for long given how he ignores us. Sometimes it really feels as if we're just wasting our kindness with someone that doesn't appreciate us.

He hardly comes by and says good morning to me. Or when I leave for work. He never bothers to welcome me home or thank you for the meals. So ungrateful. Perhaps we should start looking for a new home, my love.

I can't remember the last time he wanted to fly around with me either, if ever. Maybe it's my fault after all, I'm too cool of a phoenix and he's just a poor uncool old blue turkey, maybe I make him feel even more uncool. And you too, with your beauty and songs, meanwhile he can't even honk like a goose.

It's hard to be cool like we both are, isn't it?

It seems like his age has finally caught up to him. The poor thing. Maybe he is too old to even fly. I was going to invite him to fly with me as well. It is truly such a pity. We should have multiple pineapple dishes in his honking honor.

Much too hard it seems. [She even manages a tear.]

It's a real tragedy, specially since he believes himself to be a phoenix instead of a plain turkey. We shall keep the secret, I don't think he would be able to endure the truth.

A true tragedy. It might make a great play. I shall not speak of it. I fear his poor heart will break. We shall need to light a small fire in remembrance of him.

And throw sparkling dust on it and coloring to be more fitting. We will never forget the poor uncool crazy turkey. It was a great loss.

We can dye a few of my feathers blue to send them off into the ocean, so his old spirit is forever free on his home.

Wouldn't the water wash out the dye, though?

It would depend on the dye used.

Then all we need to do is find some resistant to water and we can put his soul to rest.

It shouldn't be that hard to find. It will be an easy task to do. Especially for such a noble cause.

That's cannibalism.

Wouldn't it be fruitalism? A fruit eating other fruits?

Oh dear, he is so old that he can't remember the proper term anymore.
