So I'm going with Everglade PD. If they'll have me. But I'm stocking up on specialized bullets, just in case. And taking a bounty. -- Which is really weird to say. Don't worry, I'm not going Dog the Bounty Hunter, if anyone knows who that is.

Anyway, I'm taking recommendations on firearms, and specifically, anti-magic bullets. What is there that combats superpowers? Anything? And what's the normal defense against such things?

Oh annnnnd to all the Doctors and healers that helped first day, tha-- [Wow he can't even get the word out. WHY IS IT SO HARD?]

[Come on it's not like he's never said "Thank you" before!] That was righteous. [Someone help this idiot's slang. He's not even old enough to use the terms he is, they were outdated even when he was young. Save him.] I need some help testing it again for a bigger thing, though. You know. No big deal. [Which means it probably is...]

The bullets with spells in them will dissolve and become harmless, which generally lessens the amount of force required for them to exit the barrel of the gun. It'll feel a bit strange, but many of the spells will absorb some of the force for spellcasting. On the other hand, a few spells will activate and unleash extra force. It depends on the magic you're firing.

You're welcome to practice with some of my bullets in a firing range and see how they feel to you.

I was going to try to get some practice in anyway, even though I'm hoping not to have to shoot much.

Shooting matches don't seem to happen here often, but it's better safe than sorry. Now then, back on topic: What's this about a vampire problem?

My partner and I figured we'd take on the vampire bounty so we aren't rusty. She can do magic sort of, but I can't.

Ah right, those three... Well, thank you for taking care of that for us.

I'm not an expert on vampires myself. What I've gathered from the books around here if a correlation between blood and power... Since it's Everglade, it might help to bring them in unharmed so that the vampire civilians don't feel uncomfortable with the case.

I'm sure your magic user friend will have that end covered. I can make you some spells as a precaution, too.

That's definitely the plan.
