After hearing a bit about Torchwood from the kelpie and having been there - Newt liked the idea of the restaurant giving creatures like a kelpie an alternate choice to eating others like Newt. Taking Albus and Tina with him, and the briefcase and Bowtruckle sticking out of his shirt coat pocket.

"Excuse me. Who's in charge here?"

It's an evening after everyone in Torchwood or at least; Ten, Rose, Jack, Gwen and Doctor Brown are done for the day.

This evening; The Tardis materializes with a noise near the Comic Book Store on the sidewalk; in Genessia and goes quiet.

However, the feeling of that Police Box being alive is still there. Whether or not The Tardis was seen materializing is another thing.

By sheer accident Luna stumbles upon what looks like a police box while tracking a nest of moon frogs nearby. "Curious, especially since a police box should not give off these kind of signals?" she mused while taking fast and furious notes. "Should I peek or see what lies in store?" as she sketches out the ship.

Meanwhile, Ten is coming back from the comic book shop and is standing behind and watching Luna draw his ship. He's a block and a half away so he's going to see what she does first.

Between sketches Luna's also trying to track that nest of moon frogs as she seemed to almost bounce around the Box. "Too many questions but the best kind of questions!" the Ravenclaw in her coming out in pretty much every way possible. "Do want to take a peek inside, I mean what if? But feels like something more is afoot. Can't explain it."
