After hearing a bit about Torchwood from the kelpie and having been there - Newt liked the idea of the restaurant giving creatures like a kelpie an alternate choice to eating others like Newt. Taking Albus and Tina with him, and the briefcase and Bowtruckle sticking out of his shirt coat pocket.

"Excuse me. Who's in charge here?"

Tina agreed to come with, mostly because it was Newt asking and there was something about the city that didn't quite sit right with her. She couldn't put her finger on it, but she was worried, slightly tense. She was putting on a brave face, however, trying to get over her fears and deal with her life as it is now.

Tina had wandered around with Newt and Albus for a time and suddenly found herself playing the Torchwood wallflower.

"Hello, and welcome to our strange slice of the city," Doc greeted her, making an effort to speak more softly than his usual over-eager self. He could be good at scaring newcomers off---unintentionally, of course.

"I'm Dr. Emmett Brown, I'm something of a social coordinator here. You've come to work with us?"
